You can’t keep a good man down or, in the case of Travis Wall, Nick Lazzarini, Teddy Forance and Kyle Robinson, a good group of men. Their dance company, Shaping Sound, who we fell in love with last year on their reality series, All The Right Moves, kicks off a new national tour starting this weekend in Los Angeles.
While we could’ve done the usual interview with the guys to learn more, we thought it would be fun to stop by during a rehearsal break and have them interview each other.
First, longtime BFFs Travis and Nick ask questions about what people might be surprised to know about them and Nick’s love of eating.
Next, Teddy and Kyle join the mix and we find out if they’re often mistaken for gay as well as how this tour is different from what you may have seen from...

The MTV Movie Awards nominations have been announced, and it's slim pickings for the gays, other than a nod to Magic Mike. No idea if Kill Your Darlings was eligible this year or next, but Daniel Radcliffe's campaign for Best Kiss didn't pan out.
My friend David Mixner has announced a candlelight vigil to be held in Times Square, behind the half price ticket booth on March 24th in support of marriage equality and the Supreme Court hearings on Prop 8 and Doma that week. I'd be there if I could, but if you're in NYC, please join David to show our solidarity. And give him a hug from me.
Some allegations of extreme police violence at Gay & Lesbian Mardis Gras have surfaced after video went viral of police slamming a man's head into the pavement over crossing the street at the wrong place. Investigations are underway, and the video is graphic.

We learned recently from Travis Wall that they’re looking at other networks to bring us a second season of the reality show All The Right Moves but, thankfully, Wall and his fellow dancers Nick Lazzarini, Teddy Forance and Kyle Robinson have been keeping very busy with their dance company Shaping Sound as well as a plethora of individual projects.
Robinson, for one, is focusing on his dancing. But he is also pursuing acting, which we can witness on tonight’s episode of NBC’s Parks and Recreation where he plays a Lincoln impersonator slash stripper who entertains at the bachelorette party for Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler).
We talked to Robinson earlier this week to talk about his Parks and Rec gig and how his work in dance and acting are complimenting each other.
AfterElton: Tell me what you’re doing on Parks and Recreation this week.
Kyle Robinson:...

2012 was a very good year for Travis Wall. His career kept him busy with not only his own dance company, Shaping Sound (which was documented in the Oxygen reality series All The Right Moves), but he also was a regular fixure where we first met him - on Fox's dance competition series So You Think You Can Dance. Add to that his Emmy nomination for choreography (along with Teddy Forance and Nick Lazzarini) on Dancing With The Stars and choreographing the Off-Broadway revival of Bare.
We grabbed some time with the always-gregarious Wall to find out more about Bare, All the Right Moves, his boyfriend Dom Palange and what else is on his dance card for 2013.
AfterElton: The Bare revival, were you involved from the beginning or did they come to you as things were already rolling to choreograph? What’s the story?

"So You Think You Can Dance" Season 2 runner-up Travis Wall has choreographed for the Oscars, is a two-time Emmy nominee and now he's the star of his own reality show on Oxygen, "All the Right Moves." Oh, and he's only 24.
Travis went from being a contestant to a choreographer on "Sytycd" before starting his own dance company, Shaping Sound -- which is the subject of "All the Right Moves" -- with fellow "Sytycd" alum (and Season 1 winner) Nick Lazzarini, as well as Teddy Forance and Kyle Robinson. The four friends and roommates "work together, have their lives taped ... and start getting real" on the new series, which premiered on July 31.
"All the Right Moves" returns this week (Tues., Aug. 21, 10 p.m. Et on Oxygen) with its second episode, which will continue to follow Travis, Nick, Teddy, Kyle and the rest of the dancers in the fledgling Shaping Sound company (including...

Tammy Faye…Tori Spelling…Chaz Bono…RuPaul…The Fabulous Beekman Boys…and (soon) Latoya Jackson.
These names are not only iconic for what they’ve each brought to the world of entertainment but the one common thread between each of them is they have been brought to our attention in revealing ways in film and television by Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato and their World of Wonder Productions.
The Super Producers currently are working on a multitude of projects including RuPaul’s All-Stars Drag Race on Logo, the just-announced Latoya Jackson reality show for Own, Oxygen’s All The Right Moves and this weekend’s one-hour Own special, 10 Kids, 2 Dads.
AfterElton miraculously was able to get both Bailey and Barbato on the phone earlier this week to talk about all these projects as well as their philosophy for why when it comes to reality TV, hair flipping is so much better than table flipping.

Oxygen's All the Right Moves features Nick Lazzarini, Travis Wall, Kyle Robinson and Teddy Forance. Lazzarini was the first season winner of So You Think You Can Dance and Travis Wall was the second-season runner-up on the show. Wall went on to choreograph routines for Sytycd dancers and he's appeared as a guest judge. Robinson and Forance have appeared on Dancing with the Stars. Their goal is to form a dance troupe and tour the world. Given the current popularity of dance shows on TV and films like the Step Up franchise, it's an idea whose time has

Sitting down with just one of the dancers from the new Oxygen docu-series, All The Right Moves, is one thing but what do you get when you sit down with Travis Wall, Nick Lazzarini, Teddy Forance and Kyle Robinson at the same time? Well, it’s a fun mix of everything. Of course, each of these guys have their own unique blend of cuteness, sexiness and immense dancing prowess, but put them together and you also get an undeniable brotherly camaraderie. They work with their dance company Shaping Sound, laugh and fight together in their shared home and, yes, dance together in life and on the show. We recently grabbed them for a chat (and hot photo shoot!) to talk about their new series.
AfterElton: In doing the show, did it change your relationships at all?...

Through the routines he's created for So You Think You Can Dance, fans have learned a lot about Travis Wall over the years (his Fix You piece perfectly exemplifies this), but the Emmy-winning choreographer is about to put his life on display in an unprecedented way with the premiere of All The Right Moves.
In the new Oxygen docuseries, Travis chronicles the growing pains that come from starting his own studio. Additionally, the cameras go beyond the stage and into his home which Travis shares with Kyle Robinson, Nick Lazzarini and Teddy Forance his longtime best friends and partners in this new endeavor). TheInsider.com caught up with Travis to talk about the highs and lows of making Moves.

Who can resist watching skilled dancers do their thing? Oxygen is hoping the answer to that is no one, as they will be launching a new docu-series dedicated to the art on Tues. All the Right Moves: Watch the Series Premiere Early Here
The summer of 2012 has seen an increased focus on dance-related television, to pretty positive results. Reality stalwart So You Think You Can Dance picked up several Emmy nominations this morning, including one for host Cat Deeley, while the likes of Bunheads and Breaking Pointe have debuted to good word-of-mouth and even better reviews from critics. As we head into the home stretch of the hottest time of the year, though, there looks to be more dance floor drama on the horizon on Oxygen's All the Right Moves.
