Justin Deimen spent part of his career working for The Village Voice, the International Film Festival Rotterdam, Hyde Park Imagenation, VH1 and Fox Searchlight before returning to Singapore to produce award-winning social welfare broadcast documentaries and narrative feature films with a global perspective. He has since worked with UBS and Pictet & Cie in Singapore to structure viable alternative asset funds for factoring and gap financing of media projects around Asia for various platforms and philanthropic causes. One of the most successful and prolific young writer-producers in the region, he's currently a co-founder of the Southeast Asian Audio-Visual Association (SAAVA), a non-profit network seeking to unify media producers, creative entrepreneurs, and investors around ASEAN, and is also a member of the EAVE network of European producers. Most recently, Justin co-founded the Southeast Asian Film Financing (SAFF) Forum, the region's biggest media financing platform that engages and educates stakeholders from both the creative and financial sectors in developing modern modes of entertainment financing.
