When Chloë took the stage at Popsugar Play/Ground on June 2, one word came to mind: confidence. Sporting a sheer bodysuit, a navy blue leather cape, and sky-high platform heels, the multihyphenate flooded the stage with a whole lot of presence, even though she was up there entirely alone. That's right: no backup dancers, musicians, or even a DJ. It was simply Chloë, with nothing but her voice and her talent and her confidence to get the crowd going.
And boy, was the crowd going. Play/Ground attendees had spent the whole day in downtown Los Angeles partaking in celebrity trainer-led workouts, self-care stations, and tasty bites - and now it was all culminating in a special performance and intimate chat with Chloë. She took the stage right after a social hour hosted by SweeTARTS (with DJ Amrit spinning beats), so everyone was already bouncing in their seats, excited for...

“Dancing with the Stars” judge Derek Hough holds the record for the most championships among professional dancers. He won the Mirror Ball Trophy six times over the course of his run on the show. That’s even more remarkable when you consider that no other pro dancer on the show has ever won more than two. It’s unlikely that anyone will come close to that record before the show ultimately runs its course — whenever that will be — but this season there are multiple double winners who could finally achieve that elusive hat trick.

Dancing With The Stars history was made on Tuesday night as the celebrity competition crowned its Season 30 victor. ABC’s evening saw Iman Shumpert become the first ex-nba player to win Dancing With The Stars, besting fellow competitors Jojo Siwa, Amanda Kloots and Cody Rigsby with his cha-cha. Monday’s two-hour DWTS finale marked a win for both Shumpert and ABC.
The season finale of DWTS went head-to-head against The Voice, snagging the night’s highest demo rating. Per fast affiliates, Dancing With The Stars earned a 0.8 rating in the 18-49 demo and 5.41 million viewers. While the dancing competition topped Monday night, it was down from last season.
The Voice won the night’s viewership, dipping from the previous week. Beyond Dancing with The Stars and The Voice, Monday primetime took it easy leading into the Thanksgiving holiday.
Fox saw repeats of 9-1-1 in the 8 p.m.

The Dancing With the Stars season 30 winner is Iman Shumpert! After 10 weeks of grueling competition, Shumpert managed to salsa, jive, and tango his way to the coveted mirrorball trophy on Monday night. Shumpert and his partner, Daniella Karagach, had stiff competition with Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten, Cody Rigsby and Cheryl Burke, and JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson. Shumpert and Karagach performed a freestyle routine set to "Lose Control" by Missy Elliott feat. Ciara and Fatman Scoop and DJ Cent's "Bounce" as their finale number before being declared the season's champions.
Shumpert is the seventh NBA player to compete on DWTS, but he is the first winner! Winning the competition was extra special for Shumpert, because his mom, L'tanya, is a huge fan of the show. "He especially wanted to do it for me because he knows I like that show, and because I'm always telling him he's much more than a basketball player,...

This post contains spoilers for the latest episode of Dancing With the Stars Season 30.
Dancing With The Stars named its newest Mirror Ball champion on Monday night in a night of freestyle dances and fierce competition. Out of an original field of 15, the winner of the latest edition of ABC’s hit celebrity dance competition was former NBA player Iman Shumpert and Daniella Karagach. Shumpert and Karagach outshone the fellow competitors with a routine that combined a cha-cha and a foxtrot. It earned them a perfect score and raves from judge Len Goodman.
“Sometimes underdogs bite back, and that’s what you have done tonight,” said Goodman. “What I love about your dancing, you dance cool. There was no confusion in the fusion; it was really right on. Well done.”
The final episode of the season saw Shumpert best YouTube star Jojo Siwa, dancer Amanda Kloots and Peleton trainer Cody Rigsby.

And the winner is... Iman Shumpert and Daniella Karagach! On Monday, Nov. 22, the dancing duo nabbed the top prize for season 30 of Dancing With the Stars: The coveted Mirrorball trophy. The pair wasn't necessarily the expected winner for tonight's finale episode, as the final face-off featured some fierce competition. We're, of course, referring to Iman and Daniella's rivals JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson Chmerkovskiy; Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten; Cody Rigsby and Cheryl Burke. Nonetheless, Iman's big win is a historic one, since the We Got Love Teyana & Iman star is the first former NBA player to win DWTS. Congrats!! While this season has been...

While Val Chmerkovskiy says he’s hanging up his “Dancing with the Stars” shoes after Season 30, his wife Jenna Johnson is definitely coming back, win or lose Monday night.
“I will for sure be back here,” Johnson told “Entertainment Tonight.” “It will be different [without him], but I think it would be also awesome. I love being able to do different projects from each other that we can support and help each other thrive on. So I know he would be really invested in my season, just like he is now. But I’m not done dancing with my hubby on that floor yet. Not done yet.”

Julianne Hough will be back behind the judges’ table once again on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars. The former DWTS champ and judge will be stepping in for her brother, Derek Hough, as he continues to quarantine after being diagnosed with a breakthrough case of Covid-19 last week. She’ll join fellow judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli for the season finale tonight on ABC.
Her brother Derek will still be part of the show, however, appearing virtually, as well as in a pre-taped segment, we’ve confirmed.
Derek Hough posted the news last week on Instagram that despite being fully vaccinated, he had contracted a breakthough case of Covid. He received the news after appearing on last week’s show. Hough also was forced to reschedule his shows at The Venetian in Las Vegas. In his note last week, Hough said “I feel Ok. I feel strong.

“Dancing with the Stars” wraps up its landmark 30th season tonight, November 22, and the competition is down to its final four: teenage pop singer JoJo Siwa, basketball player Iman Shumpert, “The Talk” co-host Amanda Kloots, and Peloton instructor Cody Rigsby. It’s time for the last dance(s) on “Dancing with the Stars” Season 30. The final four couples will face off for the final time on Monday with two routines — and in a twist, one of them is not their favorite dance of the season.
Instead, the remaining four pairs will perform a fusion dance of two styles in addition to their highly anticipated freestyles before a couple is crowned. Three of the four fusions feature the cha-cha, with Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten the odd ones out. Probably could’ve gotten a bit more variety in there.
See the full list of dances below.
Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten: Viennese waltz and paso doble fusion (“Never Tear Us Apart” by Bishop Briggs); freestyle (“A Sky Full of Stars” by Coldplay)
Cody Rigsby and Cheryl Burke: paso doble and cha-cha fusion (“Free Your Mind” by En Vogue); freestyle

Is “Dancing with the Stars” Season 30 JoJo Siwa‘s to lose? The singer has been the favorite all season long, but as we’ve seen the past few seasons, that’s been more of a curse than a blessing. Siwa, Amanda Kloots, Cody Rigsby and Iman Shumpert will hit the hardwood one last time on Monday’s season finale for Mirrorball glory. They will perform twice, a fusion dance of two styles, and the freestyle, of course.
Who will win? Let’s break down the final four.
Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten
For her: Consistency. Kloots has never been bad nor has she had a terribly off week. Hard not to feel like her past as a Broadway dancer and Rockette, performing day in and day out, isn’t a factor in that consistency even if the dance styles are completely different. And she just gave one of her best...

It’s been more than a year since Erin Andrews and Tom Bergeron were fired from “Dancing with the Stars,” and while fans may not still be over it, Andrews says it was for the best.
“My schedule has been so crazy with [football commentating], the clothing line, the podcasts, all this stuff, trying to have a baby, that I think it was the best thing for me,” she told “Us Weekly.” “They wanted to go a different direction, and they’re doing that now. So, hopefully they’re happy.”
Andrews, who placed third on Season 10 in 2010, and Bergeron had co-hosted “Dancing” since 2014. They were fired in July 2020 as part of a creative overhaul and were replaced by Tyra Banks in a shocking announcement, but the sportscaster holds no grudges. “I feel like the one thing I’ve learned in this business is that’s show business, right? That’s Hollywood,” she said.

Melora Hardin was eliminated one week shy of the “Dancing with the Stars” finale, but the “Office” alum is more disappointed with her scores for what turned out to be her final week than the result.
The actress and her partner Artem Chigvintsev earned a total of 72 points for their two semifinal dances — 36 each for their redemption dance, a rumba, and for their contemporary. For the former, they received glowing praise from the judges for her marked improvement since she first danced the rumba in the second week, but only Len Goodman, who mentored the pair for the routine, gave her a 10.

Dancing With the Stars is no stranger to surprising fans with shocking eliminations, but November 15’s Semi-Finals eliminated two couples many believed would move on to the finale—reigniting a debate over contestant popularity versus dance ability. After having consistently higher scores than couples Iman Shumpert and Daniella Karagach and Cody Rigsby and Cheryl Burke, Melora Hardin and Artem Chigvintsev and Suni Lee and Sasha Farber fell victim to the last elimination before the Season 30 finale, coming in sixth and fifth place, respectively. The two couples sent through to the finale—alongside Jojo Siwa and her partner Jenna Johnson and Amanda Kloots and her partner Alan Bersten—mark special DWTS occasions, including the first former NBA player to reach both the semi-finals and the finale, as well as Cheryl’s first finale since Season 17. But, was the right decision made in sending Melora and Suni home? Here’s to two unforgettable journeys on #DWTS!

“Dancing with the Stars” judge Derek Hough has contracted a breakthrough case of Covid-19.

It’s the Semi-Finals on ABC‘s Dancing With the Stars, as last week’s shocking double elimination during Janet Jackson Night narrowed down the competition to the final six couples of Season 30. Going into another double elimination, the remaining pairs had the chance to redeem themselves with the first Redemption Dances of the season, with the judges assigning a style of dance they believed each pair needed to work on. After an electrifying performance from the DWTS pros, the second round of competition saw each couple bring something meaningful to them to the ballroom floor, from honoring lost loved ones to celebrating personal achievements. Below, find out which two couples danced their last dance and watch the night’s performances to “I Don’t Want To Wait,” “Titanium,” “Gravity,” and more. Monday’s semifinals broadcast of Dancing With the Stars was all about the number two.
Not only was the episode — remarkably! — already the second-to-last outing of Season 30, but it featured two routines from each remaining duo, then wrapped with one last double elimination. (Two is also the number of Kleenex boxes you might have burned through while watching this episode. Everywhere you looked, another sob-worthy contemporary!)

Season 30 of “Dancing with the Stars” is coming down to the wire. Tonight’s “Semi-Finals” started with six celebrity contestants and ended with the final four. So who impressed the judges and viewers at home at this pivotal moment? Scroll down for our live blog with all the minute-by-minute developments and commentary throughout the night.
The six semi-finalists were pop singer JoJo Siwa, Peloton fitness instructor Cody Rigsby, basketball player Iman Shumpert, actress Melora Hardin, Olympic gymnast Suni Lee, and “The Talk” co-host Amanda Kloots. All of them had to perform two dances with which to earn spots in the finale.

The “Dancing with the Stars” Semi-Finals are tonight, which means the show’s second double elimination in a row as the competition goes from its six remaining contestants to its final four. So who will make the final cut? “DWTS” fans have been predicting the results of tonight’s show for the past week, and their forecasts suggest there could be an all-female finale.
We think Peloton fitness instructor Cody Rigsby is the likeliest contestant to be sent home with 7/2 odds of elimination. He’s followed by basketball star Iman Shumpert with 4/1 odds. If those odds hold true, that would leave only women to compete for the Mirror Ball Trophy next week: pop singer and “Dance Moms” alum JoJo Siwa, Broadway performer and “The Talk” co-host Amanda Kloots, Olympic gymnast Suni Lee, and “The Office” actress Melora Hardin.

Jimmie Allen was in the top three in our “Dancing with the Stars” odds for the Mirror Ball Trophy, but he got unexpectedly low scores on “Janet Jackson Night,” landed at the bottom for the first time when viewer votes were added in, and was sent home by the judges along with Olivia Jade in the double elimination. So no one is truly safe in what has shaped up to be one of the most competitive seasons in recent memory. I discussed what happened on Monday night with Gold Derby contributors Jeffrey Kare and Cordell Martin, and then we broke down the dances for the “Semi-Finals” and what they mean for our Mirror Ball predictions. Watch our slugfest above.

Do you remember the last time there wasn’t a theme week on “Dancing with the Stars” Season 30? No? Well, it was way back in Week 2, the night of the first elimination. Since then, it’s been all themes, from Britney to Janet, until now. Monday’s semifinal is, once again, theme-less.
As per yoosh, the remaining couples will perform two individual dances. The first round is a redemption dance of a previous style with which they struggled and the second round is a new style. Expect a lot of perfect scores because five of the six new dances are not ballroom or Latin: There are four contemporaries, one jazz and one Argentine tango on tap. That last one was assigned to Cody Rigsby and Cheryl Burke, who, of course, performed a virtual jazz in Week 3 when they were both sidelined with Covid-19.
