Jordan Woodall(II)
- Director
- Writer
- Producer
Jordan was born in 1986, and grew up loving movies. As a child he
watched as many movies as he could. About the time he was five, he and
a friend of his found "The Empire Strikes Back" on VHS in his dad's
movie cupboard. He was hooked, instantly. A year after that, his dad
took him to the opening night of "Jurassic Park," and after the
screening he decided that he wanted to make movies. This small decision
turned into an obsession. Jordan used his dad's 8mm video camera until
it broke from wear. In High School, Jordan befriended a few fellow
aspiring filmmakers and helped making narrative music videos. In
college, he made his first film on 16mm, a "silent" picture about greed
and Pandora's's box. It won an award at the school's annual film
festival. Following this, Jordan made a bunch of films, some bad some
great, but sadly, many of them are lost. After earning his Associates
Degree in Film Production, he enrolled at San Francisco State
University to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Direction. Since then, he
has moved to L.A., then to Sacramento where he lives with his wife and
son.
