Having worked together on a few experimental films, Austin was greatly inspired by Eli and has plans to dedicate several films in the memory of Hayes, as well as giving him Posthumously earned Producer credits, mostly for any future Experimental films he plans to create.

- Has done voice over along side award winning Voice Actor David Kaye in a 'Transformers' fan film.
- Has had his cinematography skills highly praised by George Cameron Romero (The son of legendary horror filmmaker George Romero) after working on a short film written and produced by him, and directed by Scott Lake, titled "Killing Time".
