If, like me, you're always on the lookout for new nightmares written by Adam Cesare, then 2024 is already looking scary good, because in addition to the upcoming Clown in a Cornfield 3: The Church of Frendo, Cesare has written the new horror movie Last Night at Terrace Lanes (from a story by Jenna St. John). Pitting bowlers against a bloodthirsty brigade of masked cult members, Last Night at Terrace Lanes will be released on VOD beginning January 16th from Dread, and we have a look at the trailer ahead of its forthcoming release!
Directed by Jamie Nash and written by Adam Cesare (from a story by Jenna St. John), Last Night at Terrace Lanes stars Ken Arnold, Francesca Capaldi, Wes Johnson, Christopher Walker, Rebecca J. Beaumont, Chris Lamartina, Christopher Inlow, Anita Sharma, Melissa Lamartina, and Towanda Underdue.
Synopsis: "After a bloodthirsty cult invades a bowling alley on its final night of operation,...

What Happens Next Will Scare You is the latest film from Chris Lamartina and Jimmy George who also gave us the Wnuf Halloween Special and Call Girl of Cthulhu among other films. It’s been taking a tour of the festival circuit and made a stop in Atlanta for this year’s edition of the Buried Alive Film Fest.
The plot, or should I say framework for What Happens Next Will Scare You is simple enough. Click Clique, a website formerly devoted to actual news has fallen into poverty and click-baiting to draw viewers. Now the word has come down from the top that staff cuts are needed, so June (Kalima Young) has assembled them a few days before Halloween the assignment is to compile a list of “The...

The manila envelope is unmarked and tightly sealed. It takes some effort to tear it open, as if the envelope itself is warning me: “Are you sure you want to see what’s inside? Are you entirely certain you’re up for this?”
I answer the question by tearing the package open. As the 10 objects within slide across my desk – a journal, incident report, map, newspaper clipping, and more – it would seem I’ve accepted my role as a detective on the case.
And it looks like I’m delving into the dark history, and ongoing mystery, of Burkittsville, Maryland, the home of the Blair Witch.

Ron Bonk, whose film She Kills played at Horror-On-Sea last year, returns to the festival with his magnum opus House Shark – which tells the story of Frank (Trey Harrison) who finds his happy home under attack by a dangerous but largely unknown breed of shark. To taje on the dealy foe he’s enlists the aid of the world’s only “House Shark” Expert, Zachary (Michael Merchant), and a grizzled former real estate agent, Abraham (Wes Reid), who help him to embark on a desperate quest to destroy the beast and claim back his life.
Ok, so let me get this straight House Shark is a Jaws remake, right..? Frank is Brody, Zachary is [an insane] Hooper,...
