- Parker Mott is a writer, director, and editor based in Toronto, Canada. He studied Film and History at Queen's University, where he furthered his understanding of formal technique, film history, and storytelling structure. The other half of his career consists of writing film criticism, of popular and independent cinema for publications based in New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
Inspired eminently by Martin Scorsese, Alfred Hitchcock, and Paul Thomas Anderson, Parker aims to create film and television that, with subtlety and panache, pry into the complex, often contradictory and dark depths of humanity. His favourite film is "The Passion of Joan of Arc", and if he falls short in one area it's the ability to play it "safe".- IMDb Mini Biography By: Anonymous
