Originally from Italy, Vincenzo moved to the UK ten years ago when people started to call him Vinnie.
He's a freelance Cinematographer with a track record of combining powerful imagery with a strong sense of storytelling. His key skills include his natural ability to turn a director's vision into a distinct visual language for a film, his artistic flair and a developed understanding for pairing specific lenses and stories.
He won the BSC Emerging Cinematographer's Prize for his work on Birch, shot on celluloid. His first feature film was nominated at IFFR - Rotterdam International Film Festival for the Bright Future Competition and screened at festivals worldwide including Berlin Critics' week. He is a Berlinale Talents Alumni and a BAFTA Connect member.
Back in London he enjoys building a specific visual language for each story, whether it's narrative, documentary or commercial. When not on set he is a visiting Lecturer at Westminster University.
