“Beverly Hills, 90210” meta-revival series “BH90210” will not return for another season, Fox announced on Thursday.
“We are so proud to have reunited in a very special summer event one of the network’s legacy series and casts with ‘90210’ fans across the country,” Fox said in a statement. “Profound thanks to and respect for Brian, Gabrielle, Ian, Jason, Jennie, Shannen and Tori, who, along with the entire crew and everyone at Fox and CBS Television Studios, poured their hearts and souls into this truly inventive and nostalgic revival.”

Rest in peace, Luke Perry — you walked so Jordan Catalano could run. The first time most of us saw him, he was bad boy Dylan McKay on the Nineties hit Beverly Hills, 90210, easily the best TV teen drama ever. He was the new kid in town, all smoldering eyebrows and Elvis sideburns. The first time he meets his best friend, Jason Priestley’s Brandon Walsh, he picks him up in his convertible. Brandon finds a book on the passenger seat — “Ah, a little leisure reading.” He’s shocked by the...

“Beverly Hills, 90210” star Luke Perry died on Monday at the age of 52, after suffering a stroke last week.
Since the news of his death was announced, several of his “90210” co-stars have posted condolences and shared memories of their time working with Perry.
Ian Ziering, who played the brash, light-hearted Steve Sanders opposite Perry’s more reserved Dylan Mckay, said on Twitter that he will “forever bask in the loving memories” he and Perry shared together.
Dearest Luke,
I will forever bask in the loving memories we've shared over the last thirty years. May your journey forward be enriched by the magnificent souls who have passed before you, just like you have done here, for those you leave behind.

Current SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris, who starred in “90210” as the intelligent, socially awkward Andrea Zuckerman, released a statement which described Perry as a “tremendous force” and a “sensitive soul.

On Wednesday night, four women from different corners of the entertainment industry gathered for The Future She Built, a conversation about increasing diversity and the role of women in Hollywood. The event was presented by Select Management Group’s Select Impact.
Held at Capitol Records’ Los Angeles headquarters, Capitol Music Group chief operating officer Michelle Jubelirer, SAG-AFTRA president Gabrielle Carteris, La Sparks president Christine Simmons, and USC professor Stacy Smith took part in the discussion, which encompassed how to improve equality in TV, film, music, and sports.
Smith, founder of the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, was the mastermind behind the inclusion rider, the initiative that took Hollywood by storm after Frances McDormand mentioned it in her acceptance speech at this year’s Oscars. The inclusion rider is language that actors, producers, and directors can bake into their contracts, demanding that their projects make a concerted effort to cast minorities, Lgbtq actors,...
