Attiyya Settle

Attiyya Settle is an Assistant Editor who earned a BFA in Film & Television with honors from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2018. She recently served as an Assistant Editor for Roku on three original Martha Stewart Series (Martha Cooks, Martha Gardens, and Martha Holidays). She has worked as a Post Production Assistant on several productions including Netflix's Pale Blue Eye (2022). In August 2022, Settle was 1 of 200 participants from a pool of more than 1,000 applicants selected to partake in the Women's Weekend Film Challenge as an Assistant Editor. With a crew made entirely of women and non-binary filmmakers assembled by the WWFC panel of judges, her team wrote, shot, and edited a short film in just one weekend. In September 2022, Settle completed the Handy Foundation's Assistant Editor Training Program-a professional training program designed to enhance the qualifications and instruct on current unscripted and scripted television and film practices. She was 1 of 12 participants from a pool of more than 450 applicants selected to partake in this rigorous program. Settle is an active member of The Post New York Alliance and The Blue Collar Post Collective.
