Born to an African-American household, during the late ’80s, the world saw a drastic shift in Michael Jackson’s skin color, as it grew exponentially lighter. While many at the time accused the King of Pop of bleaching his skin in order to become white, this doesn’t seem to be the case, as his son Prince Jackson opened up about his father’s condition.
Reflecting on his father’s change in complexion in the latter stages of his life, Jackson recalled the singer’s battle with vitiligo, revealing that the pop star became insecure about his skin.

Michael Jackson‘s three grown children made a rare public appearance together at the opening night of Mj: The Musical in London. Prince Jackson and Paris Jackson have always seemed more comfortable in the spotlight. But youngest sibling, Bigi Jackson, has notoriously avoided the public eye. Here’s what we know about Bigi and his brother and sister now that all three are all grown up.

Prince, Paris, and Bigi walked the red carpet together outside the Prince Edward Theatre. Paris, 25, and Bigi were notably somber in front of photographers, while Prince, 27, smiled widely and seemed quite at ease. Mj: The Musical focuses on Michael Jackson’s life and career while making the 1992 Dangerous World Tour. The West End production stars the Broadway show’s original lead, Myles Frost,...

The upcoming Michael Jackson biopic “Michael” is embracing the Motown sound — announcing key castings including Larenz Tate as Motown Records founder Berry Gordy and Kat Graham as the legendary Diana Ross.
As the film chronicles Jackson’s rise to prominence — first as a member of the Jackson 5, then as a solo artist — the record label will factor in significantly. “Power” franchise star Tate (who coincidentally played “Thriller” producer Quincy Jones in 2004’s “Ray”) takes on the Motown impresario Gordy, who redefined American music by platforming such acts as the Jackson 5, Smokey Robinson & the Miracles, the Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, the Four Tops, Gladys Knight and the Pips and Diana Ross & the Supremes.
Graham portrays Ross, who, as lead singer of the chart-topping group, was asked to officially introduce the Jackson 5 to the world and remained a lifelong influence on Michael Jackson.

I first reviewed Green Room back in 2017 for my blog Wight Blood and gave it a score of 9/10. I don’t think I have watched it since so with this Second Sight 4k/Blu-ray release, I had the opportunity to see if it was just as good on second viewing.
The movie follows a punk band as they attempt to tour and book a last-minute gig at a neo-nazi bar with the promise of some decent money. They play the gig and attempt to leave as quickly as possible but after they witness something they shouldn’t have, things turn nasty and they get stuck in the green room with nowhere to go.
Green Room is quite the movie. It’s easy to see why...

Michael Jackson’s son, Bigi, 22, (formerly known as Blanket), has taken his grandmother, Katherine Jackson, to court.
According to court documents, Bigi has requested that Katherine be prohibited from utilizing the late pop legend’s estate to finance her legal dispute against the executors regarding an undisclosed “recent transaction.”
Bigi’s argument centers around the notion that since the estate would not derive any “benefit” from Katherine’s appeal against co-executors John Branca and John McClain, it should not have to cover any of her legal costs.
The appeal pertains to the executors’ previous request for approval to proceed with an unspecified transaction. Although not explicitly named in the filing, it seems to be the Jackson estate’s estimated $600 million catalog sale to Sony.
Initially, Bigi and Katherine were aligned in opposition to the estate’s proposed transaction. However, after a court ruling last year in favor of the deal,...

Two years ago, Safe Room Podcast began with a discussion about the Resident Evil series for its 25th anniversary. So for the milestone of 100 episodes, it felt fitting to return to the Resi well once more. Yeah, we’ve returned a few times in 100 episodes, but it’s a deep and lucrative well!
We’ve talked about a lot of Resident Evil games, but what are our personal favorites? There’s some obvious answers of course. But in creating our Top 10s, we found just how diverse two people’s favorites in a series can be.
Safe Room is a weekly horror video game discussion podcast with new episodes every Monday on
iTunes/Apple, Sticher, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and Linktree for additional streaming services.
