Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Tori has traveled across the country and across the world to work as a director, writer, and script supervisor. She has helped create dozens of short-form and long-form projects in her blossoming career. Her most recent short film, A Horse Called Possum, has won close to two dozen awards in its journey around the festival circuit, and her feature directorial debut, Imagined, has been released on Amazon Prime. Her upcoming historical drama short, Under the Hawthorn Tree, is set to release in Spring 2024.
Outside of her work in the United States, Tori has traveled internationally to pursue film, most recently co-directing in Auckland, New Zealand and studying Korean filmmaking in Seoul, South Korea. She finds the process of creating truthful emotional moments fascinating, and strives to be a continual student, not only of filmmaking but of life.
