Dashiell King was born in Brewster, Washington, and began writing and making films in Vancouver, Canada, where he was raised. He studied Design and Media Arts in Taipei, Taiwan, where he won a role in directing during the Young Designer's Exhibition for his short film "Time" at the Taipei World Trade Center (2013). King graduated from the School of Cinematic Arts at USC in Film/ TV Production in 2019. His recent works include "Monochromed" (2019) and "Flashlights" (2022).
A devoted artist well-versed in both sound and visuals in photography and directing, he currently lives in Los Angeles, California, where he works as an independent filmmaker.
