Andy grew up in Somerset, South-West England, and lived in London since 2016.
He has performed as an Actor across Theatre and Film in the UK, Germany and Switzerland. After recently graduating from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art(RADA) with a BA in Acting, He completed two terms of acting technique at the Demidov Institute in London.
His second award-winning short film, Sometimes They Sing(2021), won Best Film at Manchester Lift-Off Film Festival 2022, Semi-Finalist at Lonely Wolf International Film Festival 2022, and was Nominated for Best Film Score at the International Sound and Music Festival in 2021. His first Short Film Underground(2020) won Best Film at the Calcutta International Cult Film Festival 2020.
In 2016 He founded the company and venue Redgates Theatre in Hackney Wick, East London, from which He directed & produced 7 live events between 2016-2018. Him and his team supported over 250 writers/actors/directors engage in multidisciplinary theatre and new writing, and were published multiple times in BBC Writer's Room.
