- Sarah Danielle Rick-Harris was born in London, United Kingdom. She attended Sarum Hall primary school and then went to Francis Holland School for Girls in Regents Park for secondary school. She is of English and Irish descent.
She took weekend classes at the highly acclaimed Sylvia Young Theatre school during her younger years and then went on to study Theatre and Performance at the University of Leeds for three years and graduated with a 2;1 BA (hons).
Sarah is also actively involved in politics, charity work and is a graduate of the law. She obtained her Graduate Diploma in Law from City University. She gained a Master in Laws in US Legal studies (specialising in Health Law & Policy) from The University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California.
Sarah made her professional theatrical debut in January 2017 playing the role of Nancy in "Dante:The Inferno" at Barons Court Theatre in London.
