The wait for more adventures and drama for one Emily Cooper will end this summer. Season 4 of the soapy Netflix series has been split into two parts like other tentpole shows for the streamer such as Bridgerton Season 3, Stranger Things Season 4 and more.
The Lily Collins-led series launched on Netflix on October 2, 2020 to much success. After Season 2’s release in December 2021, the show earned a double renewal for Seasons 3 and 4. Season 3 debuted in the second slot in the Netflix Top 10 after its arrival on Dec. 21, 2022.
Those on the edge of their seats after last season’s chaotic cliffhanger ending and curious about the next installment’s release date, cast and more can read on for details.
When does Emily in Paris Season 4 come out?
The latest installment of the comedy series is getting the two-part treatment, with the first part of Season 4 arriving on August 15, 2024, and the second part following on Sept.

“Trauma bangs” are gone. Emily in Paris star Lily Collins confirmed on Instagram today that the cast of the popular Netflix comedy series have reconvened in Paris to begin production on the strike-delayed Season 4. Posing with the script for Episode 401, Collins revealed a hairstyle that harkens back to the first two seasons. In Episode 301, Emily famously chopped off her hair for what her Bff Mindy (Ashley Park) called “trauma bangs.” (You can watch the official Emily’s Trauma Bangs video below.) Emily sported the bangs for the entire season.
In her post, Collins referenced the long delay for Season 4, which was supposed to start filming last summer but was pushed to January by the WGA and the SAG-AFTRA strikes.
“Did someone say Saison Quatre?!”, Collins wrote in the caption, alongside a photo of herself with the first episode script. “Finally reunited with my @emilyinparis fam back in Paris and it feels so good.

Despite already filming three seasons in Paris — with the Season 3 finale making a splash in a drama-filled finale — Collins says she still gets excited about shooting in the historic city when she sees the classic Parisian landmarks.

Spoiler alert: The following article discusses the entirety of Netflix’s “Kaleidoscope.”
In “Kaleidoscope,” Netflix’s trippy caper series and first-of-its-kind watching experience where viewers can follow heists, betrayals and secrets as they unfurl in a randomized order, one man — Giancarlo Esposito’s Ray Vernon (alias: Leo Pap) — goes to unforeseen lengths to pull off a decades-long-gestating, career-defining robbery. As he goes against corporate security titan and friend-turned-foe Roger Salas, Leo runs afoul of the FBI, the uber-wealthy and equally shady figures known as the Triplets and his own daughter Hannah (Tati Gabrielle), who warns of the effects of all-consuming vengeance.
While the show is designed to view in any order, served to the audience member according to Netflix’s algorithms, “Kaleidoscope” is bookended by episodes “Black” — a one-minute introduction to the experience — and “White” — the series’ version of a finale, depicting the actual heist and meant to be saved for last.

After one too many spotlight-stealing moments on Emily’s (Lily Collins) account, “Emily in Paris” standout Julien (Samuel Arnold) has had enough: In the final moments of the hit Netflix series’ third season, the fashionista and marketing savant sets his sights on greener pastures — and away from Sylvie’s (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) upstart agency Grateau.
“I was very pleased when I read the script of Season 3 because we really get to see Julien in another light and see how passionate he is about his work and what he’s ready to do to get to the top and to win and to stand for himself,” Arnold told TheWrap about his character’s arc this season.
The breakout French actor, for whom the now “fully bilingual” show marks an international debut, characterized Julien’s simmering resentment against Emily as “very fair.” While Arnold said the two go-getters got off to a rough...

Warning: This post contains spoilers for major plot points in “Emily in Paris” Season 3.
“Emily in Paris” might be the fun, mindless binge of the holiday season, an opportunity for audiences to admire attractive men and audacious couture without splurging on a ticket to France.
But that’s not why you’re watching.
“Emily in Paris” fans, like the characters themselves, love mess. This is a show about shiny hot people who love chaos — one of Netflix’s most successful genres — and a show that viewers too sane to blow up their own lives can guiltlessly and joyfully binge. Season 3 is no different, with flirtations, affairs, hookups, and workplace drama, some of which is legitimate madness and some of which is just messy fools loving drama. Jobs are lost, relationships sabotaged, friendships tested, and at one point Luc (Bruno Gouery) proudly declares, “I am a star fucker.” It is glorious.

Emily Cooper (Lily Collins) finally feels like she belongs in Paris. Season 2 of Netflix’s romantic comedy hit “Emily in Paris” ended with its titular marketing guru at a crossroads. Should she return to her life in Chicago, or stay in her messy new life á Paris? She tried to choose Paris, but breaking up with her American (and very pregnant) boss Madeline (Kate Walsh) was no easy feat. And thus, “Emily in Paris” Season 3 begins with a series of almost slapstick routines as Emily tries to be in two places at once without bothering anybody. Can she make it to both a client dinner at the Eiffel Tower and her boyfriend’s going away party? Who will get first dibs on the McDonald’s account, the old firm or the new? It’s exhausting and quickly goes predictably wrong, but that’s when Season 3 suddenly kicks into a new gear,...

Netflix has unveiled the first “Emily in Paris” Season 3 trailer, previewing the show that many will be binge-watching over the Christmas holiday this year.
Indeed, the third season of the popular Netflix show debuts on Dec. 21, marking one of the streamer’s big holiday releases timed to a vacation binge. Set one year after she first moved from Chicago to Paris, “Emily in Paris” Season 3 finds Emily at a crossroads as she’s faced with two different paths both in her romantic life and her work life, trying to decide what her future looks like in France.
Of course, the trailer also sees Emily trying to make a “Golden Girls” reference to a Frenchman to no avail.
Rest assured this is far from the end of Emily’s story, as “Emily in Paris” was renewed for Season 3 and Season 4 at the same time, so a fourth season is still on...

Lily Collins is back as “Emily in Paris.” Netflix has released a full trailer for the third season of its hit comedy series.
The new footage reveals Emily Cooper continuing to work at her dream job at a French marketing firm, all while juggling new romances and friendships. Along with her typically stunning wardrobe, Collins’ heroine is found traveling the countryside, getting rocked by bumper cars and — yes — still brushing up on her French.

Sacre bleu! Three seasons into "Emily in Paris," Emily is still in Paris and is handling her drama about as gracefully as ever. A new teaser for the whimsical rom-com's third season dropped at Netflix's Tudum Festival today and while it doesn't give us much if any insight into all of the actual cliffhangers audiences are invested in heading into season three, it does, at least, give us something: Emily (Lily Collins) has bangs now!
This silly point of focus feels right for a light-as-air show that's often as much about Emily's wardrobe as it is about her making big career or romance moves. The new teaser also comes with a date announcement that reveals a December release for season 3, meaning fans can cozy up around the holiday season with a new batch of episodes. Check out the teaser below.

We can confirm from the clip that Emily does stay in Paris, so that's something.
However, our titular expat is still making bad decisions.
One comical scene from the teaser shows her cutting her hair and let's just say Mindy is not thrilled about it.
"One year after moving from Chicago to Paris for her dream job, Emily finds herself at a crucial crossroads in every aspect of her life," the logline teases.
