On set for her “Make You Mine” music video, Madison Beer is as commanding behind the camera as she is in front of it. The singer and songwriter took Rolling Stone behind the scenes of the shoot as she co-directed and starred in a four-minute take on Karyn Kusama’s Jennifer’s Body. Hold up, is that Tate McRae in a Zamboni? It sure is.
The pop star embraces her Canadian heritage (and her birthplace’s love for hockey) in her new video for the single “Greedy,” released Friday. McRae says the song is part of a “new chapter of my music.”
The Aerin Moreno-directed video opens with a clip of McRae driving around an ice rink on a Zamboni before the camera switches to capture the singer showing off her dance moves, choreographed by Sean Bankhead, from inside the arena’s changing room.
