Violet Grohl is following in her dad's rock-star footsteps. On Friday, June 23, the 17-year-old joined her father, Dave Grohl, and the Foo Fighters on stage at the 2023 Glastonbury Festival, where she and Dave performed a song from the band's latest album, "But Here We Are."
"My favorite singer in the world," Dave said as he introduced his daughter. "This is a song I wrote for my mother, Violet's grandmother. This is 'Show Me How.'"
Near the end of the song, the proud dad shouted, "That's my girl!" Violet previously performed the same song with Dave in Pelham, Al, on June 16.
Violet is the oldest of Dave's three daughters with wife Jordyn Blum. They also share Harper Willow and Ophelia Saint (all three of his daughters and Blum joined him at the 2023 Grammys). At least two of his daughters appear to love music just as much as their dad does.
