**Cristian Aracena Stubing - Professional Biography**
I am Cristian Aracena Stubing, and I have dedicated 25 years to the field of video post-production for TV commercials. My expertise spans all facets of post-production, with a particular focus on digital composition VFX, offline and online editing, and motion graphics. Throughout my career, I have contributed as a freelance artist to several prominent post-production companies in Chile, including Omsa, Átomica, Vértigo, and Garage VFX, working extensively with Autodesk software such as Flame, Flint, and Smoke.
After graduating with a degree in Audiovisual Communication from Uniacc University in Chile, I began my professional journey, initially strengthening my technical skills and later acquiring a foundational understanding of design to enhance my projects. My versatility is further demonstrated by my transition to Mac osx platforms, where I utilized Apple's Final Cut Pro 7, Motion, and Shake. During this period, I was instrumental in establishing the video post-production department at Clio, a studio owned by renowned music producer Caco Lyon, before returning to freelance work with Bustamante Producciones.
In 2011, I founded my own studio, Antídoto 56, alongside Felipe Zavala, a gifted graphic artist and animator. The name "Antídoto 56" symbolizes our mission to provide effective post-production solutions, with the number 56 referencing Chile's telephone code. The studio has since evolved, adopting the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Davinci Resolve for our projects.
My career is marked by my adaptability to new technologies and tools, a trait exemplified by my self-taught mastery of Discreet Logic's Flame. Over the years, I have also developed expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy, which enriches my understanding of the advertising industry's demands. My ability to focus on the message behind visual content ensures that my work is both compelling and aligned with clients' objectives, minimizing revisions and enhancing efficiency.
