- Goemon returns to Iga for the first ever in 10 years. He visits his Iga Ninja master, Jinen. But he finds Jinen badly hurt and doesn't have much time left in his life. He tells Goemon that his other student, "Hissatsu Jinkuroo" betrayed him and stole half of the Iga scroll. The scroll contains the secrets of the Iga Ninjas and the location of the Iga Treasure. Jinen gives Goemon the other half of the Map. And Goemon is determine to advantage his master's death. The only trouble is Hissatsu Jinkuroo turned himself in to the police. Because he knew he would stand a chance against Goemon, so he's given protection by the police for his own trial and prison treatment. Goemon is furious about this. But it's not over just yet with the Help of Lupin, Jigen, and Fujiko.
- In Germany, Lupin plans to steal the chest of a Hitler like leader named Generalissimo Hatler. The chest contains a 50-carat Ruby. But when he accidentally removed Hatler's toupee(which revealed he was bald) made Hatler order an army to wipe out Lupin and his gang. Lupin and Fujiko end up trap in an abandon castle. surrounded by Hatler's army. How will they escape?

- Goemon encounters Nezumi-Koozoo IV(Ratboy Jirokichi IV) the fourth decedent of a great thief. He tells Goemon that their ancestors teamed up at the International Thieves' Championship. But they were defeated by Lupin's grandfather Arsene Lupin the 1st. Ratboy suggests Goemon that they should team up and avenge their ancestor's dishonor. And to do that they'll beat Lupin by stealing secret data from the Sakurada Police Station before Lupin gets the chance in nabbing it.
- A big aerial battle occurs between Arsène Lupin III's gang and a gang of atomic-bomb-carrying pilots.
- Lupin is feeling a little down because he hasn't seen Fujiko for a long time. But then he got a phone call from Fujiko saying that she'll marry him if he passes a test. After that call he takes off and goes to the meeting place where Fujiko is suppose to be at. But instead of Fujiko it's her Aunt Bujiko Mine. She gives him a test in finding Rommel's Gold and if he fails he'll pay for his life. But will Lupin be able to locate Rommel's Gold and see Fujiko again?
- In Stockholm, 2 twin sisters (Latica and Anita) have been fighting repeated death matches. Reason why is one of them wants to claim the hidden viking treasure that was discovered by their own father. And before his death he gave both them a tattoo treatment on their back with the map of the location. But the map is only visible during the Summer Solstice. So Lupin sets them up so he get the treasure for himself. But how will he do it when Latica and Anita don't corporate with each other.
- Detective Melon (granddaughter of Inspector Ganimard) is put on the Lupin case instead of Zenigata. She'll be in charge of the mission in transporting money to the underground police morgue and guarded with a special lock. When Lupin comes Melon is willing to catch him with special handcuffs that he won't be able to get out of.
- A professional assassin is out to get Lupin, but Lupin vows to face this peril head-on.
- Fujiko is at a prison with less security and no one tries to escape. reason why is because those who escape will get killed by one of these deadly machines called Iron Lizards(Land Sharks). Fujiko sends a letter to Lupin telling him to help her out of the mess she's in. So Lupin, Jigen, and Goemon robbed a bank and let themselves get caught. So that way they can enter the prison without any trouble. But it'll be a lot of trouble when they try to escape with 3 Land Sharks programmed to kill them.
- Lupin developed a new technique that gives him the ability to float in mid air. The Syndicate pulls offs a rotten plan by sending X8 & Fujiko to find out the technique. And then (with out knowing about) sends 2 impostors dressed as Lupin and Jigen. The 2 fakes were ordered to torture X8 with electricity. Which causes X8 to swore revenge on Lupin. But how will the real Lupin convince him that he has nothing to do with this?
- Zenigata is prepared with many different handcuffs to use on Lupin. In Barcelona, Spain Lupin and Jigen are enjoying the night and little do they know is there's a trap involved. When a Spanish female dancer gets kidnapped Jigen goes to rescue her from the con men. Meyer the one who set up the trap has a plan in making Jigen and Lupin see each other as the enemy in disguise. But will either one of them realize that they're up against each other for real?

Camilla explained she is Jesus's twin sister who was born as a vampire. She stole the statuette from her brother and fled. Lupin ends up being her new vampire henchman. And now plans to kidnap Fujiko to be the next vampire in line. Things look pretty bad a s they seem. But question is will Jigen and Goemon be able to get Lupin back to normal?

Lupin's plan was to steal her diamond collection, but since Jacqueline is an attractive woman, he can't get his eyes off her looks. He even spends some time with her as well. Jigen finds it a waist of time while Fujiko is after the diamonds for herself. But she got caught by a wanted cobra tamer, who has some connection with Jacqueline. Which woman will Lupin go for?
- Lupin attends a secret auction for smuggled artwork. The auctioneer is in fact a girl Lupin knew from the past. But the strange thing is she died back then. And Lupin now wonders if she's the same girl he knew back then.

But can the Robot be brought back to it's Diamond working order?

And Fujiko is about to be his 100th bride. Can Lupin rescue Fujiko in time?
- Lupin, Jigen, Fujiko, and Goemon go to see the famous Kyoransky perform with his amazing conducting abilities on the orchestra. Lupin however discovers that his music is leading him to death. Soon Lupin discovers that it's a form of hypnosis,the conducting stick of Kyoransky's, manifest through sound waves beyond the range of human hearing.
