- Zoopity Zoo: When Little Bill can't find his Captain Brainstorm doll before he's supposed to go to Andrew's house to play, Alice the Great suggests he clean the room up; Little Bill is reluctant to clean because he claims it isn't fun, so Alice the Great makes up a rhyming game using the phrase "1, 2, Zoopity Zoo" to make the job seem like playtime. Soon, Little Bill's bedroom is organized, and he even helps Andrew clean up his messy room when he goes over to play. The Neighborhood Park: As Big Bill and Little Bill are walking to the park downtown to play ball, Little Bill asks his father why there isn't a local park closer to their house. Big Bill explains that there aren't too many vacant areas for parks near them, but when they stop at Uncle Al's store for a snack, Little Bill suggests that the vacant garbage cluttered lot across the street from the store would make a perfect park area. Inspired, Uncle Al volunteers that his family, the rest of the Glovers, and some of the nearby neighbors get together that weekend and clean the lot up. With everyone pitching in, Little Bill and his friends assist Big Bill in the garbage collection, Alice the Great plants a garden, Brenda photographs the whole project for her story in the paper, and Uncle Al contributes free refreshments for a job well done.
- Little Bill's early morning dawdling causes him to miss a popular Show-and-Tell visit from Kiku's cat, Big Debbie. While playing in the schoolyard, Little Bill's sneakers come untied. Unlike the other kids, he's unable to tie them himself.

- We're off to Super Family Fun Land! The Glovers are going to an amusement park for the day! As they climb into the car Bobby sees rain clouds overhead and predicts bad weather. He's sure they're going to have to turn back.
- The Glovers are going to the big Blue Sox baseball game and can't wait to eat hot dogs and cheer on their favorite team. But Little Bill's still sick with Chicken Pox and Brenda tells him that he needs to stay home and rest.
- Little Bill can barely contain his excitement because now that he can sign his name, he can get his very own library card! At the library, Little Bill and Monty check out a great dinosaur book.
- Emmaline, visits and brings her grandson, Monty, a little boy with Cerebral Palsy. Although Little Bill's shy at first, he notices the dinosaur stickers on Monty's wheelchair and soon the boys are playing dinosaurs.
- The Glover family is cleaning the kitchen together when Big Bill mentions to Brenda that "their song" is playing on the radio and asks her to dance. April takes the hint that her parents might like to be alone together and tries to escort her brothers out, but Little Bill doesn't understand when April says they'd like some "private time." Brenda explains that it means sometimes people need to be alone with someone to talk, or just spend time together. Little Bill is still a little confused, and says that his walks on errands with his mother must be their private time, so his parents decide to just explain it to him when he's older. Alice the Great is entertaining an old friend, Jazz musician Clark Terry, but Little Bill is feeling a little put out because Sunday afternoons are usually the time he spends with Alice by himself-- it's their "private time." Alice invites Clark to join them on their walk to the park, but they go to a different area than they usually do. Little Bill points out that they are doing things that they've never done before, like see a new pond and learn to play grass blades, so Mr. Terry improvises singing the "Never" song for Little Bill. At school the next day, Bill tells all his friends about Mr. Terry, and he sings for them the new songs he made up. He invites his friends back to his house to sing with Clark after school.
- Unable to read a joke that has Bobby and April howling, Little Bill becomes determined to learn to read.Little Bill wants to receive letters like the rest of his family. Big Bill tells him to write a letter because he may get one back.
- During movement class Little Bill and his friends have fun bouncing like kangaroos and trotting like horses, but when it's time for forward rolls, Little Bill's the only one who can't roll.
