- Harley Quinn acquires the power to hypnotize others with her eyes. She has her men kill a meta-human so she can test her new power-stealing machine and decides to hypnotize all of New Gotham to be under her control. However, Harley finally discovers Helena's secret as the Huntress and she persuades her to reveal the secrets of the Clocktower, along with Barbara's and Dinah's true identities. Harley finally makes her move when she leads an all-out assault on Clocktower as well as taking Wade hostage, which leads to Barbara and Dinah to approach Reese to help them plan a counter-assault to re-take Clocktower which leads to all of the characters finally meeting face-to-face at Clocktower for an all-out confrontation between good and evil.
