- A widower struggling to raise his emotionally challenged son discovers that he can predict events before they happen.

Brennan's investigation of the curator sheds new light on the life of the Egyptian royal, turning their case into one of historic proportions. Meanwhile, Brennan goes on a date with Booth's supervisor and former intern, and Sweets' girlfriend Daisy Wick returns to the Jeffersonian.
- An old friend from Lightman's past comes for help, and gets Lightman involved with a dangerous man being investigated by the FBI. Meanwhile, the rest of the team tries to find the high schooler behind a dangerous and threatening video.

- When an old friend and former patient of Wilson's experiences paralysis in his right arm, Wilson puts himself on the case. House wagers Wilson that the patient's symptoms result from new cancer cells. Wilson accepts even though he is reluctant to believe the cancer has returned. With the help of the team, Wilson works to find a more optimistic diagnosis, but when things take a turn for the worse, and Wilson must address his inability to separate patient from friend. Meanwhile, Cuddy seeks advice in her search for real estate.
