- A narrator tells the story of how the Western pioneers (all being Goofy lookalikes) are travelling in covered wagons across the frontier. They run into some Indians (who are also Goofy lookalikes) and battle breaks out between them. Suddenly a tornado comes by and sweeps up the covered wagons, dropping them into various states such as "Wash", "Organ", and "Californy."
- Donald Duck is ordered to wipe out a Japanese airfield. After parachuting out of an airplane, he lands in a Japanese forest. He uses an inflated canoe to cross the river, but as soon as it fills up with water, Donald is running for his life. He makes sure the canoe hits nothing that would pop it. When he gets to the edge of a cliff, he sees the airfield. The canoe has already exploded, causing water to flow. This large amount of water splashes onto the airfield, wiping the whole thing clean, but leaving disfigured airplanes.
- The comparison of two rural families to demonstrate the need for proper hygiene and the consequences of its neglect.
- The demons of hell play music for Satan, whose delight turns to wrath when an insubordinate refuses to become food for Cerberus.
- Goofy is hired to solve a mystery of a missing "Al." He searches the city for clues, but constantly runs into a city sheriff (who is portrayed by Pete) who tells him to let the police handle it. A car chase occurs and the drivers ram into a haystack. It turns out that Al is actually the city sheriff who is supposed to get married to the woman who hires Goofy to find him.
- Mickey is stranded on an island. He runs into some cannibals who are about to cook a fellow cannibal. Mickey scares them off and makes friends with the cannibal whom he calls Friday. Together, they build a fort to protect themselves from the cannibals when they come back, but end up fleeing for their lives on Mickey's raft.
- Minnie is baking cookies. When she leaves for a short while, her dog Fifi accidentally drops popcorn kernels in the dough. Mickey and Pluto come over and visit with Minnie and Fifi. When Mickey notices that something is burning, Minnie remembers the cookies, which are popping popcorn out of them. Minnie is upset and lies on her sofa crying. Mickey goes out and buys a large amount of cookies. He comes back and shows them to her and she is overjoyed.
- Flip the Frog finds himself in a house haunted by crazy skeletons.
- Flip, the owner of a dairy farm, wakes up one morning and goes to milk his cow. He has problems with a pesky fly who is eventually swatted by the cow's tail. Flip then takes the milk into town to deliver it. While in town, he encounters a bratty little kid who just won't leave him alone. Eventually Flip and the kid make up and become friends.
- The Seven Dwarves learn about the menace of mosquito borne malaria and the necessary precautions to control it.
