- Merla uses her telepathic powers to make Zarkon place her in charge of the next mission to attack Planet Arus. Meanwhile on Arus, word has been spreading that King Alfor is preparing to return from the grave. Some townspeople find a cave that has a statue with a golden shield that is believed to have belonged to Alfor. Allura, wanting to believe that her father has returned, heads for the cave with her teammates right behind her. It turns out to be a trap. The guys get trapped in the cave, and Allura gets taken prisoner by Merla.

Colt and Fireball are supposed to stay with RAMROD, but Colt leaves to search for gold himself. After doing some snooping, Saber and April find out that Vanquo is up to his old tricks again. The gold turned out to all be fool's gold.
- The Fresh Beats are preparing to perform at the Indian Festival that has come to town. While looking at instruments at Reed's Good Note Music Store, they manage to release a magic genie and his associates. The genie agrees to give them four wishes, but first he smells pizza. The Fresh Beats find the genie and his crew at the Singing Pizza Café. The Fresh Beats want their concert at the Festival to be their best show ever. The problem is when they make their wishes, the genie doesn't understand their modern slang or figures of speech, and takes things quite literally. Calamity ensues.
- The Fresh Beats are deciding what song to play for their next concert. Twist wants to play something that goes really fast. He starts running around the apartments, and accidentally breaks Marina's drum. Shout, Kiki, and Marina try to convince Twist that he needs to slow down. Twist comes up with a different plan. He turns his room into a bouncy house. This way he can bounce around really fast and not worry about breaking anything. The plan was working until Twist breaks Marina's drum a second time.

Saber, Colt, and Fireball go undercover as a trio of drifters. They get into a fake bar fight, which catches the attention of Maddox's foreman. The foreman gets them hired with Maddox's operation. As they head back to their hotel, the foreman reveals that he is also an agent of Cavalry Command. Later that evening, someone takes a shot at Fireball through the window of the hotel room. The Star Sheriffs give chase, and find Maddox and his men waiting for them. He's also captured April and RAMROD.
- 1984–198524mTV-Y7TV EpisodeAfter recharging the Lions back on Arus, the Voltron Force heads back to Planet Doom to challenge Zarkon. Merla convinces Lotor to try being good. Merla and Lotor decide to help the Voltron Force. Zarkon's robot troops bring a group of slaves, and threaten to hurt them unless Voltron surrenders. Lotor sees through the deception, and hurls his sword at one of the slaves. The slaves are revealed to be more robot troops in disguise. Lotor leads the Voltron Force to Castle Doom, where they confront Zarkon in the throne room. The Voltron Force is caught in a trap with a Tentacle Bomb. Now they must escape before the entire planet blows sky high.
- The Fresh Beat Band decides to go on a camping trip. On the trip, they will only be able to use acoustic instruments since there is no electricity in the woods. Twist has a hard time figuring that part out. He keeps wanting to bring various appliances, but the gang reminds him there is no place to plug them in. Also while, they are camping, the Fresh Beats witness a shooting star.
- Kiki is trying to choreograph a new dance that she hopes everyone will want to do. After Twist is unable to save the Fresh Beats' car from a tray of flying smoothies, the band decides it is time for them to wash their vehicle. While washing the car, Kiki doesn't realize that she has created the Car Wash Dance.

While at Calvary Command, they meet the latest Star Sheriff trainees. April encounters a student named Jessie Blue while giving a martial arts demonstration. Jessie develops a crush on April. When the Outriders attack a convoy, Saber, April, Colt, and Fireball race to the rescue. Jessie also follows believing that he needs to protect April.
- Harper asks the Fresh Beats to babysit a pair of chimpanzees, Chewy and Bingo, for him. They think it is going to be easy, but they prove to be more than a handful. Shout and Twist take Chewy, while Kiki and Marina take Bingo to their respective apartments for a nap. While, the Fresh Beats sleep, the chimps proceed to escape and cause chaos along the street. The Band wakes up, and realizes they need to find a way to get Chewy and Bingo under control. Marina and Twist come up with the idea of building a jungle gym.
- The circus is in town. Reed is working at the circus, and tells the Fresh Beats that they are short handed. The Fresh Beats help put up the tent for the circus. Reed mentions that they are short on acts, so they may have to cancel the circus. Knowing that a cancellation would disappoint the Junior Beats, the Fresh Beat Band volunteers to do the circus acts themselves. However, they only have a short amount of time to practice before tent flap opens.
- The Fresh Beat Band is getting ready to throw a pool party for all their friends. After setting up, they decide to dive into the water. Unfortunately, their splash was so big, it knocked all the water out of the pool. Now they have to find a way to fill the pool back up before their guests arrive.
- The Fresh Beats must don the costumes of their favorite heroes, The Mighty Music Band, to defeat the evil Deep Freeze, who's freezing everyone in an attempt to stop them from dancing!
- Harper is hosting an all night Dance-A-Thon at the Singing Pizza Cafe. The grand prize is all the money in a giant piggy bank. All four Fresh Beats enter the contest. The rules are you must keep dancing at all times, no leaving the Singing Pizza Cafe, and no sleeping on the dance floor. The last one still dancing wins. For the music, they play various Fresh Beat Band videos, which are really highlights of dance numbers from throughout this past season.
- After a used car salesman dies mysteriously on live television, Hammer and Doreau investigate. They discover that there have been a string of used car salesman that have also died, and that they have one common factor, the salesmen were all married to the same woman. Hammer goes undercover as Australian car dealer, "Crocodile Bruce," (a spoof of Crocodile Dundee) in order to catch the killer.
- On Planet Pollux, Bandor and Romelle are welcoming Sven when they get word that their people are under attack by Commander Cossack. Sven and Bandor go off to fight, while Romelle contacts the Voltron Force. Cossack leaves shortly after Sven and Bandor arrive. On their way to Pollux, Allura inexplicably starts getting sleepy and crashes the Blue Lion. She is soon captured by Lotor. The rest of the team looks for her, and gets caught by a Ro-Beast. Now it is up to Allura to get herself out of trouble, and save the day.
- Reed has lost his dog, Banjo, and asks the Fresh Beats to help him with the search. They chase Banjo all over town, and he keeps slipping away at the last second. The Fresh Beats and Reed finally figure out that Banjo can be lured by music. Depending on whether they play their music fast or slow, Banjo will either move towards them, or away from them.
- As Fireball and April are shopping in the city, someone takes a shot at them from a nearby rooftop. By the time they arrive, the sniper is reduced to vapor. Fireball finds a medal from a sharpshooting contest, and shows it to Saber and Colt. Colt recognizes it as belonging to his mentor, Tim Dooley. Dooley taught Colt how to shoot, and is the only man that could still outdraw him. Saber does some research, and finds out that Dooley used to be an agent for Cavalry Command. However, he was dismissed after being wrongly implicated in a crime. They were planning to pardon him. Saber hears an explosion, and sees Dooley running away from it. Colt refuses to believe Dooley is involved, and vows to bring him in and clear his name.
- Haggar tries to send a baby Ro-beast after Queen Merla, but Merla's pet buzzard catches it. Haggar apologizes, and offers to help Merla conquer Arus. Meanwhile, on Arus, there is a parade taking place honoring the planet's leaders. Merla's forces attack. Keith and Allura try to get the villagers to safety, while Lance, Hunk, and Pidge race to get to their lions. In protecting the villagers, Lance, Hunk, and Pidge get zapped with a freeze ray, and their lions are sent over a cliff, and to the bottom of a canyon. After getting the villagers to the castle, Haggar makes her baby Ro-beast turn into a full sized one, and sicks it on the castle. With the other three frozen, Keith and Allura have to face the monster by themselves.
- A new female radio psychologist moves to town and starts a show directed towards helping women with their problems. A male caller starts phoning into the show and harassing the doctor. When the calls start including threats of violence, she goes to police for help. Hammer and Doreau are assigned to investigate the case. They decide to arrange a trap with Hammer staying at the doctor's apartment, while the women stay at his apartment. The plan backfires when the suspect shows up at Hammer's apartment anyway.
- 1984–198524mTV-Y7TV EpisodeZarkon enlists the aide of Stride, a legendary Tiger fighter, in his battle against Voltron. Stride wants no part of Zarkon's personal grudges, so Zarkon falsely claims that Planet Arus has challenged Stride's honor. As Stride leaves to fight Voltron, Zarkon welcomes a new ally, Queen Merla. After hearing of Zarkon's plan, Merla decides to head to the battle sight, because she doesn't want Zarkon getting all the credit. Stride meets Keith in a one-on-one fight. Keith earns Stride's respect by fighting valiantly, which leads to Merla attacking both of them.
- 1984–198524mTV-Y7TV EpisodeHaggar is preparing a new Ro-Beast made from moonstone, which she hopes will make it stronger than Voltron. Meanwhile, on Planet Arus, the Galaxy Alliance has sent a general to be the new supervisor for the Voltron Force. The general doesn't like the team, and thinks they are too inexperienced. He also thinks they rely on Voltron too much. Haggar launches the new Ro-Beast, and the Voltron Force goes off to fight it. The general decides to guide the attack, but his orders end up backfiring on the team causing them to get further into trouble. Space Marshall Graham request Keith to be put back in command. The general learns from his error and apologies to the Voltron Force for misjudging them and is impress with their service to the Galaxy Alliance

When they arrive, they discover the planet under attack by the Outriders. The Star Sheriffs in RAMROD fight them off, but get accused of causing the attack. After a heated exchange with Fireball, Prince Roland takes the Star Sheriffs to see his father, King Jaray. The King places the Star Sheriffs under house arrest and confines them to RAMROD. April reports back to her father, Commander Eagle, and he tells them the story of why King Jaray doesn't trust Calvary Command. Meanwhile, Prince Roland leads another attack against the Outriders, but gets ambushed by a Renegade unit. King Jaray finally gives in and asks the Star Sheriffs to save his son.

His ship is shot down, and he is taken into custody at Cavalry Command. As the Star Sheriffs are enjoying a rare off day, Saber meets a woman named Sincia, who runs an orphanage, and becomes immediately smitten. The Star Sheriffs decide to visit the kids and lift their spirits. Two of the kids are taken hostage by the Outriders. Sincia tries to save the children on her own, and April follows after her. They get ambushed and also taken as hostages. The Outriders give the Star Sheriffs an offer. They want to trade Calibose for the women and the children.
- After a session in the recording studio, Twist and Marina are each trying to remember something they forgot. Twist remembers that he promised Melody they would help her pick berries for her smoothies. Marina remembers that she promised Harper that they would help him make sauce for his pizzas. This leads to them pondering how are they going to be in two places at one. Twist gets the idea to use robots. Shout calls "Robots to Go", and orders four robots to help them. The robots look just like the Fresh Beats themselves leading Kiki to dub them the "Fresh Bots." Chaos ensues as instead of helping, the Fresh Bots make things worse.
- 1987–198822mNot Rated6.8 (13)TV EpisodeGattler contacts Nemesis to let him know that he's found a supply of alkalyte on Planet Alamo. Nemesis decides to join him for this mission. With the alkalyte, it is believed Nemesis could merge the Vapor Zone with the New Frontier, and everything would be under his control. Commander Eagle tells the Star Sheriffs about Gattler invading Planet Alamo, and they blast off immediately. Upon their arrival, RAMROD is confronted by three Renegade units. After defeating the giant monsters, Saber, Fireball, and Colt sneak into the alkalyte plant to stop Gattler's plan.
- The Fresh Beat Band is invited to perform a concert in a western town. When they arrive, they find out the town is haunted by the Ghost Band. The Ghost Band doesn't want any other band performing in their town so they have scared all the others away. The Ghost Band does their best to try to scare the Fresh Beats off. The Fresh Beats refuse to back down, and face off against the Ghost Band in a series of three challenges. The losing band leaves town.
- Twist smells a new mysterious aroma in the park. The smell is pizza. Marina, Shout, and Kiki follow Twist's nose to the source. The Fresh Beats meet Harper, who has just moved to town, and is opening the Singing Pizza Café. Harper is in need of help getting ready for his grand opening, which is also Pizza and Pirate Day. The Fresh Beats volunteer to help him out by dressing as pirates and passing out both flyers and free samples. When he gets more customers than he bargained for, the Fresh Beats have to help Harper figure out a way to get more pizza to the customers.
- The Fresh Beat Band is getting ready for their graduation from Music School. While setting up for their performance, they start thinking about what they want to be when they grow up. Everyone has a plan except for Marina, who is undecided. They pitch different ideas to her, but nothing seems to be working out. The Fresh Beats also figure out that by graduating and moving on to other careers means that they won't be a band anymore. Is the Fresh Beat Band going to break up?
- The FBI has learned that mobster Clive Winston is planning a prison break. They recruit Hammer to go undercover, because they don't want to risk of their own men. Hammer, pretending to be a famous hitman, gets put into the same cell as Winston. Winston does not like him at first. However, when one of the inmates recognizes Hammer and tries to kill him, Winston mistakenly thinks he was the target, and that Sledge saved his life. He then lets Hammer in on the breakout plan.
- An armored car is held up by a hooded criminal. Hammer and Doreau learn that the criminal is a robot named B.O.R.C. They go to visit an electronics expert, where B.O.R.C. attacks Hammer and puts him in the hospital. Hammer wants to get back on the case, but he's hampered by being in a full body cast. The electronics expert helps him out by turning him into a half-man, half machine being called Hammeroid (a spoof of Robocop). After nearly accidentally destroying Captain Trunk's office, Hammeroid head off to the eventual confrontation with B.O.R.C.
- The Fresh Beat Band is getting ready to play some country music. They head to the Good Note Music Store to get some country music instruments from Reed. Kiki, Shout, and Marina pick their items out right away. Twist has trouble finding one for himself. He keeps picking different instruments, but none of them have a country music sound to them. The day of the performance arrives, and Twist has nothing to play, and the other Fresh Beats don't want to perform without him. Melody and Reed come up with the idea of Twist being the square dance caller.
- Melody is introducing a new line of carrot juice flavored smoothies at her shop. She asks Marina to wear a bunny suit to help promote it. Marina doesn't really want to wear the bunny suit, because she just got a new dress she wanted to wear instead. She reluctantly agrees to wear the suit because Melody is a friend. To provide some moral support, Kiki, Shout, and Twist all dress as animals and come to the Groovy Smoothie to help out.
- The Fresh Beat Band decides it is time to get their own car. They go on the computer, and design the car themselves. The delivery person arrives with their car, but it is in over 50 different boxes. Now, the Fresh Beats have to figure out how to put the car together on their own.
- The Junior Beats are getting ready for their first basketball game. The Fresh Beat Band is coming to the game to cheer them on and perform at halftime. When they find the Junior Beats practicing in the middle of the street, the Fresh Beats decide to build a basketball court for their young counterparts. The day of the big game arrives, and the opposing team doesn't show up. Not wanting to disappoint the Junior Beats, the Fresh Beats put on basketball jerseys and agree to play them. The Fresh Beats planned to take it easy on the Junior Beats, but the Junior Beats have other ideas.

As he's showing it to the other Star Sheriffs, they get word that the settlement of New Dallas has come under attack by the Outriders. When they arrive, the Star Sheriffs find the outpost in ruins. The Outriders ambush the Star Sheriffs. Colt draws their fire so the others can escape. Later, Colt gets trapped in a cave by a new Renegade unit, and the iguana shows him the way out so that he can get back to RAMROD for the final battle.
- An old friend of Captain Trunk's, Roy Talbot, asks for help in cracking one last case before he retires. They are staking out a drug deal that's going down at a hotel. Hammer and Doreau go undercover as a couple on their honeymoon. A bellboy brings them a complimentary bottle of champagne. Hammer and Doreau start drinking. Trunk, Talbot, and other officers get ready to make the bust, but can't find Hammer and Doreau. They burst into the Honeymoon Suite, and find Hammer and Doreau in bed together. Neither can remember what happened.

When the Outriders interrupt, Colt races back to RAMROD. RAMROD flies toward the Outrider base where Commander Eagle is being held, and faces off with the latest Renegade Unit.

She politely turns him down at first, but when he tries to force himself on her, she tosses him into a stack of barrels. General Whitehawk places Jessie on suspension, but Jessie quits instead. Jessie then joins up with Wolf and the Outriders. He leads them to Cavalry Command, where the Outriders steal their ships and explosives back. Jessie places a bomb aboard RAMROD. Jessie sees April getting on board, and tries to warn her. Saber Rider stops Jessie, and is about to take him into custody, when Jessie reveals what he's done. Now it is up to Saber to save April and Fireball, who is also aboard RAMROD.
- Twist rescues a plant and brings it back to his apartment. Unbeknownst to the Fresh Beats, the plant grows every time it hears scat music. Twist has been listening to lots of scat music, and sings it in his sleep. The next morning, The Fresh Beats wake up to discover that the little plant has grown considerably, and has turned their lobby into a jungle.
- Shout and Kiki are playing a game of football against Marina and Twist in the park. The Junior Beats invite them to join them in a game of croquet. While playing, the Mayor and a land developer drive right through the game on a golf cart. The Mayor tells the Fresh Beats that they are ripping up the park to make way for a new office building. The Fresh Beats don't want to see the park torn down, so they first try a few tricks to hold off construction. They then hold a big concert to try to convince the Mayor to change her mind.
- Kiki has come up with a new song. The band performs it, but something just doesn't seem right. The Fresh Beats figure out that what they need are more voices. They proceed to go around town listening for people that can sing, and then inviting them to be a part of the chorus.
- The whole town is getting ready for the Dragon Festival. The Fresh Beats go to audition, but get turned down by Bobbi, the Dragon Festival's director. They ask for a second chance, and if Bobbi knows of anyone that can help. She sends them to the Laughing Dance Master. The Fresh Beats seek out the Laughing Dance Master's wisdom. However, instead of teaching them how to dance for the Dragon Festival, he has them do chores around his house.
- 1987–198822mNot Rated6.5 (16)TV EpisodeApril's Uncle Wade has been working as a double agent and has obtained plans to an Outrider facility where they are building new Renegade units. Commander Eagle informs them that he is on the Santa Fe Express, and wants the Star Sheriffs to escort him safely back to Cavalry Command. The Outriders have found out that Wade double crossed them and attack the train. The train is traveling out of control, and heading towards a cliff. RAMROD manages to stop the train, but they discover that Wade has been shot. Wade gives April a locket that contains a microfilm of plans to the Outrider base, and tells her to seek out her cousin June.
- On the way home from their latest mission, Hunk spots a planet that is home to some friends of his. He had met these kids on one of his first missions right out of the Space Explorer Academy. Hunk decides to take a vacation and visit them. Haggar and Cossack see a golden opportunity to isolate the Yellow Lion. They arrive on the planet and take the kids hostage. Cossack gives Hunk and ultimatum: Hand over the key to the Yellow Lion, or the kids have had it!

Fireball takes the boy back to his father, who doesn't seem to be very appreciative. The Star Sheriffs find out that the Outriders have built a new Renegade Unit, and are planning an attack. They find out that Miguel's father used to be an associate of the Outriders. Miguel and his father are visited by Viperon, one of the Outrider leaders. Miguel's father had made a promise never to pick up a gun ever again, but when Viperon takes Miguel hostage, that promise is put to the test.
- 1987–198821mNot Rated6.1 (19)TV EpisodeThe Star Sheriffs get a distress call from Planet Dakota, and go to investigate. They get ambushed by the Outriders shortly after their arrival. While pursuing one of the Outriders, Colt meets a young boy named Hoyt. Hoyt tells the Star Sheriffs about the Outriders taking over their town, and forcing the people to work as slaves in the silver mines. Hoyt leads Saber, Fireball, and Colt to the mine, where they encounter their latest villain, Gattler the Rattler. As the Star Sheriffs try to escape with the townspeople, they are cut off when Gattler unleashes the latest Renegade monster.
- Lotor tries to attack Zarkon from behind. Zarkon catches him in the act, and orders his arrest. Meanwhile on Arus, a young woman asks the Voltron Force for help for her sick mother. Her mother had come upon Haggar, and the witch responded by casting a spell to make her ill. Allura gets a vision from King Alfor's ghost telling her that the way to break the spell is from a magic cadmium flower. When the flower blooms, Haggar sends her blue cat to steal it. The team follows her to Planet Pollux, where they find out that Zarkon is building a secret military base. When the Ro-Beast attacks, the Voltron Force is aided by an unlikely ally.
