An old woman is sitting on the bench in the park. watching the frolics of some children nearby. we a balloon with which the youngsters are amusing themselves, gets entangled in her hair, and to her horror, her wig is carried away in tow. The unfortunate dame and all the spectators join in pursuit and their chase carries them through the streets. They climb the Eiffel Tower, scramble over roofs and fences, only to see the wig fall into the street, where it is swept up by the street cleaner, to the great disgust of the owner.
