An attractive setting for the story
deickemeyer1 August 2017
Here is a story of the days of the early Christians, in which Edwin August appears as a Roman noble, and Jean MacPherson as the Christian maid. The influence of the cross is used to turn his scorn into love. The California pergola and surrounding garden make an attractive setting for the story and the costumes are effective. A good offering. - The Moving Picture World, March 8, 1913
