  • The Odessa Steps sequence is notable with people getting shot. No blood spurts, but there's blood already on their clothes. One woman gets shot in the face and blood can be seen running down it.
  • One of the more violent scenes is that a boy gets shot and then is trampled to death; blood is visible on his head and clothing. The woman carries her son's corpse and tries to intervene with the soldiers moving in unison, but is shot down.
  • Some buildings are blown up.
  • A man gets shot and falls overboard. His body is later carried back onboard with blood on his mouth.
