Two American sailors sit down at a table in a Chinese casino; they're broke, and a cheeky monkey takes Donald's last dollar and puts it on number 25 on the roulette table. Before Donald can retrieve it, he's won. The casino manager sends two long-in-the-tooth gals, Maud and Mollie, to entice the boys to spend the loot. A crooner's ballad sends Donald into a reverie of a lost love; Maud and Mollie commiserate. Meanwhile, Donald's left a little money on the roulette table, and number 25 keeps coming up. Will he get his new-found riches, and what about Mollie, Maud, and a raspberry tattoo?
