- Inspired by Lindbergh's flight from New York to Paris, Mickey builds a plane to take Minnie for a trip involving some necking, though Minnie objects to the necking.
- Mickey and his friends build an airplane from wood, using a dachshund like a rubber band. This plane never takes off, and quickly crashes into a tree. Mickey stretches his car into a semblance of an airplane, and brings Minnie along this time. Mickey is thrown from the plane, and struggles to get back in. The plane finally takes off. Mickey tries to get a kiss, but Minnie resists, and after Mickey kisses her anyway, she jumps out, using her bloomers as a parachute. Mickey crashes the plane soon after that.—Jon Reeves <jreeves@imdb.com>
- The short starts off with a bunch of animals helping Mickey out, building a plane. Mickey poses and looks at himself in the mirror, just like "Lindy". Mickey then salutes the book and hops in the plane, as an animal cranks it up, for it to fly, but ultimately crash into a tree. Mickey refuses to give up however and decides to build another one out of an old car. Mickey bends the metal sides, creating a pair of wings, straightens out the crank and places the prepellar on it and rips away the rear wheels, before making the back end longer. A peacock walks by and Mickey rips off the feathers and adds them to his plane, for the final touch. Minnie then tip toes in, handing Mickey a lucky horse shoe, before hopping in with him for the ride. Mickey helps her up and one of the animals starts it up. At first it seems to fly alright, but Mickey soon falls out he has to hide from the plane and save Minnie at the same time, so Mickey chases after the runaway plane on a cow and finally lands back in the pilots seat, before braking a component on the plane and loses control. Finally, Mickey regains control and goes to hug Minnie, but she refuses and Mickey flies the plane even faster, before kissing Minnie, but she slaps him in the face, before jumping out and uses her dress to parachute to safety, while Mickey still on the plane crashes down to the ground with a BANG!. Mickey grabs hold of the horse shoe and finds it amusing when Minnies dress falls down and she storms off, leaving Mickey to throw his horse shoe in anger and it comes back to hit him round the neck.
