When this film was initially released, it was a section of a longer film, sort of like a throwback to early silent newsreels, that included
an animated segment. The five reel feature was apparently called "The First Still Leads." The first part was this cartoon, the second was
a travelogue whose subject and title was "Deep Sea Fishing", then the balance of the offering was a an advertising documentary about
"The history and progress of Oldsmobile..America's oldest motor car manufacturer," narrated by NBC star Alois Havrilla. It would be
shown in theatres specially rented out, and shown admission free, sponsored by a local Oldsmobile dealer. (Youngstown Vindicator, ((Youngstown, Ohio)) 6 July 1932)
