When confronted by their husbands, Sally's cigar switches from her left hand to her right when Tubby brandishes the carving knife.
Tubby throws a knife at the bathroom door, and it sticks into the upper part of the door at a slight downward angle. The subsequent shot from inside the bathroom shows the knife sticking straight through.
Sally's position on the bathroom floor changes between shots, even though she's supposed to be unconscious.
When the husbands return to their hotel room, a bellhop walks down the hallway carrying a large grip. The grip is leaking fluid the whole way, leaving a trail behind him. No explanation for the leaky bag is given.
[This movie was made during Prohibition. Bellhops were known to procure liquor for hotel guests who wouldn't know where the local speakeasy was. So this is probably an intentional sight gag, with the audience realizing that the bag contains a bottle leaking alcohol.]
