In Chapter 5, when Normandie leaves the hut, there is no light coming from the window behind her. This despite the window being open and a candle burning in the room, as shown in the shot before.
In Chapter 6, during a fist fight with Fang's henchmen, one henchman (Cy Schindell) picks up Terry and throws him at Pat. At the same time, Terry is trying to pull off Big Stoop from Fang.
In Chapter: 8, the gorilla and handler are shown leaving for the Dragon Lady's temple with Fang. But when Terry and Pat find Terry's dad, Dr. Lee, in a prison cell, the gorilla is in a cell next to his. The gorilla is still in his cell when Terry and Pat head off to the Dragon Lady's temple. Once they get to the Dragon Lady's kingdom, the gorilla is there with its handler.
At the start of Chapter 8, when Pat and Terry are trapped in the pit filling with water, Pat requests Terry's belt to lasso the control levers.
The belt Terry hands to Pat is leather and appears to have a buckle with a prong for belt holes; when they leave the pit, Terry is wearing a web belt.
In Chapter: 6, during the fist fight, Fang's hat falls off. After the battle the hat is back on his head.
In Chapter 2, Fang's men explode redwood trees in an attempt to have them fall on Terry and his friends. Redwoods grow only in northern California, USA.
In Chapter 12: An unscheduled accident during a fight. Krench (Constantine Romanoff) grabs Pat (Jeff York), and Stanton (Jack Ingram) takes a swing at him, missing Pat and hitting Krench in the face. However, Pat falls to the floor as if he was hit. Constantine Romanoff's surprised look because he was really hit by mistake.
In episode 2 while fighting with Pat, Stanton smashes the radio with a chair showing it to be simply a blank panel with an empty cabinet. When the fight is finished, Pat and Terry return to the radio, and it is then full of tubes.
In Chapter: 8, a unscheduled fall as one of the henchmen climbs out a window.

In Chapter: 15, about five minutes into the chapter, when Fang (Dick Curtis) and Scranton (Jack Ingram) are plotting their next move, you can see the boom mic shadow moving on the bushes to the left of the screen.
Terry and the Pirates comic strip stories always took place in Asia. The Dragon Lady's temple is Aztec design, the type found in Mexico. The animals (zebra, hippo) shown are African. Fang and his Tiger gang appear to be Arabian, but the name Fang suggest oriental origins. Redwood trees are native to Northern California, USA. The alligators shown are native to USA.
Start of Chapter 8, after Pat manages to stop the flow of water into the pit, Terry and Pat exit through a hole apparently at the bottom of the pit. The hole is large enough for them to crawl out of. Had that hole been there, the water flowing into the pit would have drained out faster than it was flooding in and they could have escaped earlier.
In this movie, Big Stoop talks sometimes, which is out of character. He never talks in the comic strip that this serial is based on. According to the comic strip's legend of Terry and the Pirates, Dragon Lady had Big Stoop's tongue cut out for betraying her.
At the end of Chapter 8, beginning of Chapter 9, an alligator is in the pit. This gator is native to the U.S.
Which side is the gorilla and handler on? Sometimes the gorilla is working for Fang and sometimes for the Dragon Lady.
