When Joe and Paul's truck crashes, a motorist in a 1933 Cadillac with California license number 2N 214 stops to give assistance. Later, at Ed and Lana Carlson's anniversary party the same car (and same license number) is shown as one of Ed's cars as he demonstrates his garage door opener.
Paul and Pearl Fabrini are talking as they wait for Joe. She does up the button of his shirt and he moves to the mantel. The button alternates between done up and undone during the remainder of the scene.
When Joe is sitting in Ed's office, Lana sits with her arms folded. An instant later, she is taking a puff from her cigarette. It is the same scene when Ed lights his cigarette twice.
When Joe Fabrini first sits at Carlsen's desk, Carlsen strikes a match and lights it. Upon cutting to a different angle, Carlsen doesn't have a match in his hand, although it was flaming brightly prior to the edit.
Duirng the conversation between Joe and Carlson, Carslon lights his cigarette twice.
When Lana is being escorted past other female inmates to see Cassie, she is wearing a nice black dress and high heels. However, that is not regular issued prison attire as evident by what the other female inmates are seen wearing.
When the repairmen close the electric eye door in the prison, the door is seen to pop open a little after it closes, showing that it is not secure as it should be in a prison.
In the prison, an electric eye door opens when Lana Carlsen and the guard breaks the ray. Afterwards, they break the ray several more times without the door moving until it finally closes after they enter the other room.
As Paul and Pearl are talking in their living room and he says, "We'll have so many kids we'll run out of names," a stagehand can be seen walking past the living room window.
When Lana starts to faint, Joe tells Cassie to get some water and points to the water cooler. However on the next cut when they show Cassie at the water cooler, it is located in the opposite direction therefore Joe pointed in the wrong direction.
