Sex & Nudity

  • Note: This is a more sexually provocative movie for its time period.
  • 3 kisses. Minor cleavage. Minor sexual innuendo throughout (such as suggesting affairs). A woman unzippers her dress fairly low and then quickly rezippers it-cleavage is shown. When shopping for "seducing clothes" some of the clothes are slightly revealing and some suggestive dialogue along with actions are depicted. A woman lifts up her dress to expose part of her leg. A man's clothes are taken from him. In the mardi gras celebration there are women in skimpy outfits; some of them dance. A naked statue of a woman is non-explicitly shown at the celebration. Part of a woman's rear (again in the celebration) is shown. A bra is shown. There is a talk concerning girdles. A man, showing another man, goes through the steps of how to put a girdle on (he does not actually have a girdle).

Violence & Gore

Profanity

  • 1"Mon Dieu" ("My God" in French). Nothing much else, but there is a minor racist statement made.
