Plot Summary

17th century. The Georgian state, shattered into small principalities, is the object of desire of Turkey and Iran, hordes of Ottomans trample the Georgian land. The famous warrior Giorgi Saakadze becomes the head of the people's army and, having lured the Turks into a mountain gorge, decides the outcome of the Suram battle. Taking advantage of the location of King Laursab II, Saakadze begins the construction of fortresses on the borders of the state. However, the king's marriage to Tekle, the sister of Giorgi, engenders open anger in the circle of princes. Written by Bazza the Beast
