Don't let him read your hand
malcolmgsw7 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Esme Percy can read hands. The problem is that he always seems to read an early death for the person whose palm he reads.

He is in a small seaside hotel when he tells the guests of a recent rather shattering event. He is persuaded to read the palms of the passengers in his carriage. He keeps on finding the curse of death. So to try and dispell the curse he pulls the communication cord. At that moment the man in the signal box collapses so he can't pull the lever to put the warning signal up. So the train behind runs into the stopped train with considerable loss of life.

Having finished his tale Percy leaves. The waiter who has heard all this says that it is just a tall tall.

The debit of John Le Mesurier. The sort of film made to fulfill quota obligations.
