Marvin Miller: Narrator

Quotes

  • [first lines]

Narrator : Destination: Mexico. Outwardly, there was nothing to distinguish this flight from any other, except that one of the girl passengers would soon become a killer! Which of these three could it be? Nollie, a dancer? Bette, a fashion model? Maybe? Or, it could be Barbara, a secretary? Probably none of the three vacationists from New York had ever killed anything larger than a Jersey mosquito. Yet, one of them would soon change her whole way of life.

  • Narrator : These animals inherit strains of fighting blood dating back 350 years. The calf in this ring was born with the instinct to kill man. It would like to kill Pepe. It just isn't old enough or big enough.

  • Narrator : In those few seconds, Bette Ford, bullfighter, was born!

  • Narrator : Probably these people never heard the word: democracy. They simply - lived it. In the little world of the bus, everything and everybody is acceptable. From a turkey to a New York fashion model to a bass fiddle.

  • Narrator : The trips were slow and long; but, didn't seem that way. After every siesta, there was always someone to start a fiesta!

  • Narrator : A matador will tell you, that in the moment just before you enter the ring, your mouth is dry, yet you sweat with fright. Your hands are cold. Your legs tremble. To control this secret panic, some chat, some smoke. But, Bette fell back on a universal feminine gesture.
