Although old, it remains refreshing
First film by Philippe de Broca. The title of the film is a reflection of the film. The main character is Geneviève Cluny (Suzanne), perfect and magnetic, around whom gravitate two men: Jean-Pierre Cassel, her lover, who does not want to marry and commit and have children, and Jean-Louis Maury, friend of the couple and in love with Suzanne, and not secretly (she knows it, and Jean-Pierre Cassel knows it).

The story is therefore how she manages to get her way.

Jean-Pierre Cassel is on battery power and spends his time running, jumping, singing, whistling, going out the window. To the point of tiring the spectator at times. Jean-Louis Maury, François, is more taciturn and is ready to marry Suzanne and give her a child. She will use him to achieve her goals with Victor, Jean-Pierre Cassel.

The interpretation within the trio is subtle, it is well written, without dead time, everything goes very fast. And Geneviève Cluny (author of the original screenplay) carries the film on her shoulders: beautiful character and beautiful actress.

The film also presents a lot of settings of Paris of those years, the settings catch the eye.
