Sex & Nudity

  • Assumed fornication.
  • A very sexy woman comes out of a bedroom wearing a man's dress shirt and nothing more. Her legs are seen. Sex is implied.

Violence & Gore

  • A man gets grabbed by an tentacle.
  • A group of people attempt to destroy a few creatures by shooting, burning and using explosives. Non of these affects the creatures.
  • A man cuts another man's hand off with an axe (to save his life); afterwards blood is seen splurting out of the severed limb on to the ground (for about a second).

Profanity

  • One use of "damn" or "damned."

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • As the scientists are studying, they are seen to have glasses of dark lager.
  • To make Molotov cocktails, several bottles of alcohol are seen with rags stuck in them. They are lighted and thrown, causing small explosions and fires.
  • The doctors in the film are seen smoking at various times.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A few boneless corpses can be seen, the faces of the dead looked deformed.
  • A few people get attacked by creatures which look like giant snails with trunks attached to their bodies. They use these trunks to suck their victims bones out, only the aftermaths of the attacks can be seen.
  • There's one scene which shows the giant snale creatures multiplying, it's body splits in two and slime can be seen.
  • The only moment of intensity comes when a large group of people hide themselves in a building and get attacked by the snails which try to get into the building.
  • Several men are attacked by the silicates. After contact is made, the men scream as their lives are sucked away. This could be frightening to small children or sensitive persons.
