Plot Summary

In in a unique blend of documentary and fiction, nine middle-class teenagers aged 17 and 18 are interviewed on the opinions of contemporary social and cultural issues. Intercut is individual dream sequences, written by each member of the group, depicting their actual dreams and fantasies. The group also travel from their native suburb of Mont-Royal to Washington, D.C. and participate in a mass demonstration against poverty and racial prejudice.
