Amanda : Oh, that's all right. Those sort of things don't bother me.
[Mrs.Lloyd looks deeply troubled]

Amanda : [at the door] Look, uh, could - could you stay behind? You could explain... for me, please... Would you do that?
[her hand darts out towards the bolt]
Brian Halston : [stops her] No. No, no. I can't take the risk.
[slides bolt back into position again]
Brian Halston : You're only a child.
Amanda : [sobs] I'll be all right.
[shakes her head]
Brian Halston : What could you do?
Amanda : Scream!
Brian Halston : No, no, no, no. No-one listens to you when you scream, it's no good. Come on, let's take a look at the baby, shall we?
Amanda : N-no...
Brian Halston : You said you wanted to.
Amanda : Oh, yes, but...
Brian Halston : What?
Amanda : No! Let's wait.
Brian Halston : Wait?
Amanda : For Mrs. Lloyd.
Brian Halston : Mrs. Lloyd! Her husband, you mean.
