- Slide show of sex photos is seen including genitalia and depicting sex acts to a room full of men and women. Nudity includes bare chest, bare breasts, erect penis, sexual intercourse, and fellatio. Kidnapped woman is taken to the woods and forced to woods and forced to undress down to her panties. She is later found nude submerged in a pond. Nudity includes bare breasts.
- In a boarding house, man renting a room points to the bed and asks if it has "seen some action" to the landlady.
- In front of an older woman, man conducts phone sex with his girlfriend who wearing a bra, which she removes. She begins to masturbate per his request. Nudity includes bare breasts.
- Man rips woman's blouse apart, revealing her frilly bra. The next morning, they are next shown lying together naked in bed, implying sex. He rolls over on top, kissing and embracing her, rocking the bed, having sex, which is interrupted.

- After having had sex, man lies in her bed alone. Next to the bed, he turns on a film projector and watches a porn film called 'Teacher's Pet.' The film depicts a woman and teen schoolgirl in a bedroom. The woman leaves and a man enters the bedroom. He then has sex with the young schoolgirl. Nudity includes bare breasts.
- There are several scenes which show videos and photos of pornography. In one we see from considerable distance a shot of penis in woman's mouth. Quite explicit, but then again it is seen from far away. (In blu-ray version the explicit image (black & white) is completely clear, however a man's hand is covering the testicles but you can see clearly the man's penis in the woman's mouth)
- A woman walks, fully naked, to run a bath. We see her bum and breasts.
- A character has sex with a few characters. Nothing too explicit but, again, breasts are seen. Implied gay sex.
- A woman, held at gunpoint, is forced to take her clothes off. Breasts are shown. A few seconds later she is shown lying on the ground topless and then is picked up by a man - breasts are visable.
Violence & Gore

- Get Carter has infrequent yet very vicious and realistic violence.
- A man who has been badly beaten up (off screen) is shown lying on his bed in considerable pain and the wounds on his face look very realistic.
- A man is forced at gunpoint to drink an entire bottle of liquor against his will until he chokes on it.

His visible facial wounds are only slight, but a very large dark stain can be seen on the ground a few yards away from the car - it is unclear whether this is the man's blood or petrol/diesel stains.

- A character kills a man by hitting him over the head with a double barreled shotgun. Off screen.
