Over the course of an acting career that began when he was a teenager fresh out of Georgia, Walton Goggins has played crooked cops (The Shield), racist gunslingers in Quentin Tarantino movies (Django Unchained and The Hateful Eight), villains in both traditional superhero projects (Ant-Man and the Wasp) and off-kilter ones (I’m A Virgo), and even an elderly televangelist con man called Baby Billy on HBO’s The Righteous Gemstones. Now, he has a dual role in Amazon’s big-budget drama series adaptation of the video game franchise Fallout, which...

Bloober Team has announced that they’ve signed a licensing and publishing agreement with Skybound Entertainment to develop a new game based on one of Skybound’s intellectual properties. The game, code-named “R“, is expected to be released in 2025.
“This project is another step in our second-party strategy, where we work with external partners to provide our horror know-how,” stated Bloober Team CEO Piotr Babieno in a press release. “These are titles that are meant to not only give us financial profit, but are the next steps in achieving our strategy by the end of 2027. We have known our friends from Skybound for a long time and I am sure it will be a successful cooperation.”
For those curious, Skybound, which is owned by The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, has plenty of IPs that Bloober Team can use. Aside from the obvious, like The Walking Dead and Invincible, Skybound...

What a night! I just got back from the Pantera and Lamb of God concert at the Freedom Mortage Pavilion in Camden, NJ, and I’m still buzzing from the adrenaline. It was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot. The crowd was insane, the sound was loud, and the bands were on fire.
Legacy would be a fitting name for this tour, because let no one be mistaken, this is not a Pantera reunion tour by any means, but much more of a statement and tribute to the band’s unrelenting and dynamic legacy. It will never be called a reunion because there is no way that could ever be true, as we are sadly missing two of the band’s founding members, brothers Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul Abbott…and they left some very big shoes to fill.

Lamb of God kicked off their summer tour itinerary in style, with Randy Blythe sporting a new look. The metal frontman cut off his longtime dreadlocks, showing off a new buzz cut at the band’s Wednesday night (July 12th) gig at the Festival D’été De Québec festival in Quebec City, Canada.
The veteran metal act’s first show of the summer featured a 15-song setlist offering a mix of songs from eight albums, including two each from their two most recent LPs: 2022’s Omens and 2020’s self-titled effort. The concert closed with two Ashes of the Wake classics: “Laid to Rest” and “Redneck.”
As Blabbermouth points out, Blythe once told Ketagalan Media that his dreadlocks formed when he “just stopped combing” his hair around 2014. He was once asked by Metal Hammer how much money he’d have to be paid to shave his dreads off, to which he responded,...

Encyclopocalypse Publications not only brought John Skipp and Craig Spector’s novelization of Fright Night and Jeff Rovin’s novelization of Re-Animator back into print, they’ve also been commissioning new novelizations of older films. Matt Serafini wrote a novelization of the 1980 sci-fi horror film Scared to Death, while Christian Francis wrote novelizations of 1997’s Wishmaster, 1986’s Vamp, and 1985’s Titan Find (a.k.a. Creature). On the more recent side, Bret Nelson wrote a novelization of 2011’s Manborg. A couple months ago, we heard that we’ll be getting a novelization of Attack of the Killer Tomatoes from Encyclopocalypse Publications and author Jeff Strand. And now it has been revealed that Encyclopocalypse Publications also has a novelization of the 1989 Troma release Redneck Zombies (watch it Here) in the works!
The Redneck Zombies novelization is being written by Kristopher Ruffy and Ed Bishop, and the authors have even been kind enough to share some excerpts!
