Storyline
Plot Summary |
An oil tanker arrives in Europe but during the Customs check it is noticed that its oil cargo has been stolen. Instead of oil, the tanker is filled with sea water. The authorities suspect the captain and the crew and promptly arrest them. However, the captain denies any knowledge or involvement in the heist. The real mastermind is a gang leader known as The Regent. His lieutenant, Max, acted as the ship's cook in order to set up and supervise the oil theft. At the same time, WHO representative Doctor Benjamin Justice arrives in Belgium for an international conference on global over-population. He is expected to debate another famous scientist, Doctor Georges Orwall, on the topic. Unfortunately, Doctor Justice witnesses the murder of a gangster by Max and his men. This places him in great danger since Max wants no witnesses. Max continuously tries to have Dr. Justice killed, while the doctor starts an investigation of his own into the oil theft, in order to help the police. He is assisted in his efforts by Karine, the girlfriend of the murdered gangster. Karine, out of revenge, reveals to Dr. Justice that another oil tanker heist is planned by the Regent and Max and their men. Dr. Justice decides to find out more about the upcoming theft, to unmask the Regent and to foil the heist in a sting operation in cooperation with the police. Written by nufs68 |
