Plot Summary

Gilles Pilard, a mechanic affected by the recession and teetering on bankruptcy, joins forces with two of his friends - Max, who runs a scrapyard, and Xavier, a lawyer. The three partners pool their funds to open a brothel for women where all the whims of female customers will be satisfied. Success crowns their business, but becomes a hot-button political issue. Gilles seduces Florence, the Prime Minister's daughter, a devout centrist who tries shut down the establishment. Running on a political platform in favor of sexual liberty and women's freedoms, Gilles is elected and gets married. His rise then led him to the office of the President of the Republic who offers him the post of Minister of - Sexual Affairs.
