[He runs towards the gang]
Daisuke Jigen : [picking up the unconscious Lupin] Hey, come on! Let's go!
[the gang heads for the docks]
Inspector Zenigata (2003 Pioneer dub) : Hey! I said, freeze, damn it! Just freeze!
[Jigen loads Lupin into a speedboat and Fujiko and Goemon get in with him]
Fujiko Mine : Jigen, get us out of here!
Daisuke Jigen : What do you think I'm doing?
[Jigen starts the speedboat and drives off]
Inspector Zenigata (2003 Pioneer dub) : Stop in the name of the law!
[Jigen doesn't seem to notice that the speedboat is tied to a rowboat with a long piece of rope]
Inspector Zenigata (2003 Pioneer dub) : Oh, yeah?
[He gets into the rowboat on his left]
Inspector Zenigata (2003 Pioneer dub) : You guys think you're so smart, but this time I'm way ahead of ya!
[the rowboat on his right takes off, tied to the speedboat]
Inspector Zenigata (2003 Pioneer dub) : But... How in the hell...? I can't believe it! I'm not beat yet, you hear?
[He starts to row, when the yacht on the right hand side of the dock explodes, sending Zenigata into the water. He surfaces and screams as he sees planes dropping bombs into the water]
Inspector Zenigata (2003 Pioneer dub) : Oh, no!
[He squeals and dives back into the water. The bombs explode. Zenigata clings to a shell, screaming like a little girl]

Arsene Lupin III : Ah, let your hat go, Jigen. It's time you started to look a little hipper anyway.
Daisuke Jigen : Yeah, like I'm gonna take fashion tips from a guy who dresses like a circus ringmaster.

Goemon Ishikawa : I... have failed.
Daisuke Jigen : Are you crazy? You just saved our butts! The friggin' sword can be repaired.
Goemon Ishikawa : No, Jigen. The sword broke because... I am not worthy to wield it.

Daisuke Jigen : Well, that rat in the bathroom was the size of a friggin' chinchilla, but this coffee's amazing.
[Lupin yawns. Jigen offers him the coffee]
Daisuke Jigen : Here you go.
[Lupin takes the cup]
Arsene Lupin III : Fujiko started to tell me about Goemon. What happened back there?
Daisuke Jigen : [flicking the tip of the Zantetsuken to Lupin] That.
[Lupin picks up the tip and inspects it]
Daisuke Jigen : His Zantetsu sword. Freaked him out. Said it broke because, get this, he's not worthy.

Daisuke Jigen : [playfully dumping water on Lupin] Hey, Lupin!
Arsene Lupin III : Hey, hey, cut it out!
Daisuke Jigen : Surf's up!

Goemon Ishikawa : [about Mamo] He's a man of mystery, unlike Lupin, whose susceptibility to Fujiko's wiles is merely irritating.
[Jigen laughs]
Goemon Ishikawa : What is so funny?
Daisuke Jigen : I don't know. I mean, we bitch about him, write him off, and then we kill ourselves trying to save his ass.
Goemon Ishikawa : The point being, I'll be damned if anyone's gonna lay a hand on Lupin but me.

Arsene Lupin III : Come on. That's not true. I do not enjoy being made a fool of.
Daisuke Jigen : Well, you sure do fake it pretty good.

[Gordon, following Jigen, is pulled by him into an alleyway]
Daisuke Jigen : [somewhat jokingly] You're not my type, so just take off.

Daisuke Jigen : [seeing Fujiko sitting in the ruins with Lupin, who is lying next to her, unconscious] Fujiko! Is he...?
Fujiko Mine : I can't get him to wake up!
Daisuke Jigen : Come on, man.
[He picks Lupin up]
Daisuke Jigen : Missing all the excitement.

[Jigen gives Gordon a clue on Lupin's whereabouts]
Gordon : What the hell is this?
Daisuke Jigen : Here's all I've got for ya. Broad who's been playing him dropped it from a plane. It's her handwriting.
Gordon : And what does this mean?
Daisuke Jigen : It means you're not completely clueless anymore.
[Gordon flies into a rage]
Gordon : Mess with me...
[He grabs Jigen by his jacket]
Gordon : And... You're messing with America!
Daisuke Jigen : Oh, yeah? Is that so? And which America would that be, exactly?
Gordon : [letting go of Jigen in confusion] Which one?
Daisuke Jigen : [emphatically throwing his cigarette to the floor] Yeah, the beacon of freedom and democracy, or the bastion of... blind arrogance?
Gordon : You... Democrat!
Stuckey (2003 Pioneer dub) : Gordon. I believe him. I suggest we check the other leads.
[He and Gordon start to leave]
Stuckey (2003 Pioneer dub) : Your country thanks you for your co-operation, Mr. Jigen. We will be in touch if we require anything further.
Gordon : You keep your nose clean in the meantime!
[He and Stuckey leave]
Daisuke Jigen : Call me a Democrat, willya?

[Jigen and Goemon have been captured by the navy and are waiting for an audience with the President's Special Assistant]
Goemon Ishikawa : Outrageous. They cannot do this to us.
Daisuke Jigen : You don't read the newspapers very much, do ya?
