When Anna's body falls out of the closet, she falls face-down, but in the next shot, you see her lying on her back, while she should be lying face-down.
The intruder takes pictures of Anna after her body fell out of the closet, but the position of the body doesn't correspond with the position in the photograph: in the photograph, you can see her left hand touching her robe, while in "reality", her left arm wasn't near her robe. Her right arm is resting on her belly in the photograph, while in reality it is next to her body.

When Anna's body falls out of the closet, you can see that she has her eyes fixed on one point, thus moving her eyeballs upwards as she falls down. After she was exhumed, her eyes were replaced by prosthetic ones, which were fixed, thus preventing movement. Obviously it were here real eyes which she couldn't keep still.
