- a few characters smoke cigarettes. 2 men are forced to drink booze against their will. 2 of the fighters are "drunken boxers" and must become inebriated to fight, they are only shown full on drunk for 1 fight. A character has a red nose from being a drunkard.

- A "sickly" man jumps from a box suddenly. A father goes on a tangent about how stupid his son is, it's pretty harsh.
