I can not say, that I loved this film by Albert S Mkrtchan that much. His other 7 films are more interesting in my opinion, but still it is educative and funny in its way. A worker wants to be a chief of a building company where he works. He says that his chief is ruling the whole processes too slow and bad, so he says that if he were a chief -the company would work better. And his dream comes true in the same day. His chief becomes an ordinary worker and he starts to rule. Very typical soviet days moral view on the social activities. Some funny situations and moments are present here. I liked some parts of the score as they are electronic , but the final is too ordinary. Both men are not able to work at all.The cief is too stressed by physical works and the worker leads all the work in the wrong end.
